The floor in the front lobby was greasy like they mopped the floor with grease. The bathroom was not clean and no paper towels to dry your hands with. Told 2 employees and they didn't seen to care. This is the second time I have been here in last week and the place was the same. The food was good and hot. The service was fast though.

The one time they actually remembered to put the avocado salsa that I paid for in the bag THEY ALSO PUT TWO CHUNKS OF CHICKEN IN MY BLACK BEAN CRUNCHWRAP. How does that even happen??? So much for vegetarian friendly.

Better than average tacobell food, served hot and fresh as intended. They usually have atleast 6 or 7 people on staff so it's not a long wait. This is the way fastfood was meant to be enjoyed.

they said they ran out of beef after making my crunchwrap. and i always get extra lettuce. never in my life have i gotten THIS much lettuce. and all that... for no beef 🤨 i work an 8 1/2 hour shift, waiting for this all day. and this is what i get in return. i couldve just wrapped lettuce in a tortilla and eaten it at home. count your days taco bell. hopefully youll have more days than i did beef.

Totally greasy floor. I could ice skate across the floor. I was watching people in line gliding back and forth in a effort to stay stable. Even the bathroom was greasy. I went to sit down on the toilet and my feet slipped right out from underneath me. Good thing I was lined up just right so I didn't fall on the floor, lol, but not really, right? I hope the cleanliness of the lobby doesn't reflect the kitchen but I imagine my hope is just wishful thinking. Good grief!

Every time I order at this location, there is always an issue with them making the food wrong. I don't place complicated orders, and the receipt always reflects the correct order, but the line always messes the food up. It's quite frustrating because I am going to have to double-check my food before leaving every time. Also, there is one lady in particular who always gives an attitude and has pulled the person assisting me away from me before we finish discussing the mess up. Very rude.
