I really like this deli and their sandwich selection. The food is always fresh and everything is always perfect. Definitely try it, even if you don't have an appointment in the building!

Amazing food and even better service provided by the staff. Had to grab a quick breakfast before a wedding and they were may more than accommodating.

Easily some of the best food and beverages we’ve had on the peninsula! So random, a tiny bistro inside a medical center. At some point, we graduated from looking forward to Dr. checkups because we knew we could get a smoothie, to going to the Medical Center for no reason to enjoy the wonderful treats! I can honestly say the frappe and the mango smoothie that we continuously order there are the best we’ve had anywhere ever.

I really loved this place until today. We spent 28.00 on miscellaneous items, which was fine because we are regulars. Anytime we have an appointment we stop by and support this business. We bought 4 drinks to be exact, (2 cokes & 2 bottles of water). So after we checked out I asked to for a cup of ice and she said it’s $1.04. I was very surprised and confused because you’re charging me that much for a cup of ice. I just paid for it because I didn’t want to cause an attention. So I just kept my comments to myself. I’m so hurt and disappointed because I enjoyed stopping by this business.

I had an appointment in the building and hadn't eaten due to a fasting blood draw, so I had her make me a turkey sandwich. It was HUGE. I could only eat half, so I had the other half the next day for lunch. It was stacked high with turkey! I will go again when I am in that area.

I just started working next door and I have patient after patient telling me how good the paninis from here are! The food is amazing and the service is even better!

ALWAYS a positive interaction. Consistently delicious with a very generous portion. This place is a local treasure.

First time trying their food after I had a trying day with the doctor. Super nice gals helped me figure out what I wanted to have. Gave me lots of options and then after I paid she told me to go sit, I was struggling with pain and a cane lol, and she brought it out to me when it was ready. Let me tell you what... that was the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! So good. Made by hand with heart. I have actually been craving it again... but I haven't had to go see the doc since... and it's not on my regular route to work each morning... so I am making the time this week!! So good! Cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is a little hidden gem, I don’t work in the building or spend any time here but the paninis are the best I’ve ever had in my life. I would rate it 10000000/10. I had one for the first time last week and have been thinking about how good it was every single day since. Not to mention the customer service is amazing, thank you for the good energy & amazing food 😊

This sandwich reminds me of my #Glitchriverpanninisandwich but holy cow this sandwich was not only beautiful but amazing!!! I not only bought a panini maker after my first sandwich, but have been coming up with a sandwich menu for potentially opening my own sandwich/espresso shop in Tacoma. My Very picky eleven year old son loves the paninis I have been making since first finding this Gem of a shop. I come here to fix the ADA Doors as well as patient room doors. Ty Alicia!!!

Dietary restrictions: They have a very wide variety of foods that I'm sure would cover anyone with dietary restrictions. I'm not sure about those with siliac restrictions. But I'm sorry they will make those accommodations after seeing this post if they don't as of this posting.

Kid-friendliness: If it's not kid friendly then my post should be banned, but both Alicia and the owner are very friendly and also take very good care of patrons.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main floor is completely wheelchair accessible, and I would know considering ADA is my job, and they have elevators up to the second floor where the Virginia Mason clinic is located.
