Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been too Even if there's 2 people in line ahead of you inside your still waiting 20-25 minutes and the drive-thru line is always long. Food does come out fast (to a point) but it's really 50/50. Don't waste your time coming here just go to a different Wendy's somewhere else

For a $7 biggie bag, the size of the burger is the same as a regular kids burger. Disappointing. Front end counter lady was very nice and professional. Certain employees in the back making the food were cussing left and right as if that’s their own language they know. Very unprofessional and unwanted. Customers don’t want to hear foul language and loud at that when they come to eat at a restaurant. Will definitely not be coming back to this facility. Professionalism and respect does not exist in society these days.

Bring a magazine. 10 employees doing jack watching someone stand at the counter smile and laugh. After 10 mins I left without one employee asking if I would like to order. Will never visit again.
I guess food handling certifications don't mean anything in Washington. The individual working at the window gets their fingers dirty by a frosty they were making, then licks their fingers and continues to handle food, fries and even grab the scoop and get ice out. The napkins that were put in our bag were dirty from the person's fingers. That is nasty and should not be happening with people serving food. Have the common sense to put the cup down, go wash your hands and come back to working.

Fast food boss fight. Atrocious service, even when I was telling them directly to correct my order they couldn't understand and still got the order wrong when they rung it up. To their credit they gave us the burger they missed for free but it was mostly to move the drive thru along after holding up the line for about 10 minutes already. Needless to say I will not be frequenting this location very much again and I most certainly will not use the drive thru. Side note: the drive thru screen has been busted for as long as I can remember. Which would have solved this issue before it started.

Food wasn’t bad but there was hardly any sauce in the nuggets. Also they overflowed the shake and it was dripping all over me and made a huge mess. The hole place smelled like heavy cologne, wouldn’t recommend.
