I had the most excellent cardamom latte this morning at Seal Dog Coffee Bar. The milk was super silky and they topped it with some fresh cardamom on top in addition to the infused syrup.

Everything here was just perfect! Staff were amazing, lovely cozy atmosphere, my coffee was excellent and the coffee cake I had was made with rhubarb and was completely out of this world! I will be making an effort to come here every time I pass through Port Townsend.
