“I discovered why so few pictures of the food online - because it comes super fast and you want to eat it right away. There are half portions, which are helpful (to save some appetite for pie). Prices good. Pie good. Cute decor. Worth the trip out from downtown PT.”

“We stopped at Siverwater Cafe looking for a simple lunch. It is definitely not that kind of restaurant, but in the best ways! Their french fries are the best I've had in town. I had their hand battered cod and it was amazing! It has a house made dill batter which pairs very well with their tartar sauce. My husband ordered the Apple salad and loved it! The portion sizes are generous and the staff are friendly and obviously supportive of one another, making the vibe positive and relaxed. Definitely check it out!Dietary restrictions: Another customer needed a gluten free version of their meal and the staff was not only able to accommodate, but also spoke about the preparation of food in the restaurant.”

“Maybe you’ve had a mushroom croissant… but unless it came warmed on a plate from Bishop Block Bottle Shop ? you’ve not had the best.In the winter, I sip delicious hot chocolate by their fireplace. In spring and summer you can sip something from their wide array of wines and ciders, whilst sitting outside in the sweet smelling and beautiful garden out back.Inside seating is cozy with lots of natural lighting and on any given night you can chill and listen to live music. The staff are laid back and excellent in service and care.”

“Kendra is an absolute doll! We just started ordering Two Crows cookies for our cafe in Carrboro, NC and we haven't tasted a cookie we didn't like. Our customers rave about them and love that they are Vegan and Gluten Free and the one's we have do not contain soy, which is a plus for some! These cookies are a new grab and go staple at our cafe! Thanks so much for doing what you do!”

“Delicious food. One of the better places to eat in town. I have only 1 criticism. I would be nice if sides were included. $15 for two tacos is very expensive with no sides at all. Including chips or refried beans and other inexpensive sides would really help take some of the sting off a $7.50 each taco. That said, I think the food is great and I very much enjoy eating here when I have some extra cash.”

“We are regular visitors to PT, but it was our first time in this place. How can we ever possibly have missed it?? We went in for a couple of bagels and left with a full bag of goodies. Plus two bavarian cream puffs that were to die for. Everything was fresh and delicious. Bryan was courteous and very knowledgeable and as customers, he made us feel important, you know? You just don't find people like him anymore. 5 stars for the amazing baked goodies 1000 stars for the amazing human being working behind the counter. You guys rock!!”

“Lovely little Thai restaurant. Food was great, all the usual/expected Thai dishes plus a few specialties. It wasn't at all busy when we went for midweek lunch, but the food was great and the service was excellent (especially as the host was doubling duty as the server). Nicely furnished and well-kept dining room, bright with fresh roses on every table.Vegetarian options: Not much to choose from, which isn't unusual for a Thai restaurant. But what they do have is great - some of the curry and other dishes have tofu or veg as an option.Parking: Parking is on the streets in the area. There are lots of spaces all over the town within a few minutes walk, but expect you might need to parallel park or hunt around a bit during the busy times.”

“Do not visit Port Townsend without coming to anchor. This legitimately changed my burger-eating life, best burger I’ve ever had. And the french fries… forget about it. Hundred percent. “Dropped into the roadhouse for music, and it could not have been better. The Flor de Luna band rocked with classic Santana and War tunes. We went to the bar a few times, as they appeared to be short handed on service, but drinks and food were good, we stayed two sets and danced way more than expected. The local folks could not have been more welcoming, decor was fun for Halloween. Plenty of space for groups.”

“My husband and I actually love this place and stop in every time we are in town. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they allow dogs. Don't get me wrong, dogs are great. “We came in for dinner last night (2/27) without a reservation and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. My picky four year old announced that she only wanted chicken, and absolutely NOTHING else, so I flagged the server and asked if there was any way we could just have plain old chicken and rice for her. I felt bad for being difficult because they seemed really busy but the chef came through for us and made the cutest, most boring, plain-Jane chicken and rice dish for my little one and she gobbled it up! It allowed for some time for me to enjoy my hot sake and chat with my friend. The sashimi was delightful as always. Thanks so much to Mark and the lovely folks at Ichikawa for such a nice evening.”

“Food is excellent. They were very very busy and surprisingly we got in and got a table pretty quickly. We have visited this place a few times in the past and never got in because the hours posted don't match the hours that they are actually open. I'm going to assume that they run out of food because they are very popular with the locals and so sometimes they have to close early. Every single thing that we ate was unbelievably great. I thought that they did a really good job handling the deluge of customers in the morning. So I would say go early and don't believe the hours but definitely do come and eat. Dietary restrictions were also accommodated very elegantly.”

“Classic small town style with 50's flair. Nothing like taking a break and stepping back in time. We stopped in mid afternoon and the place was busy, but we were able to easily grab a booth. Our server was super nice and had water out to the table quickly. We tried the Nifty Burger and the Deluxe. One with onion rings and the other with fries. The food was out quick. The burgers were pretty much 50's style basic, and we found the onion rings and fries very tasty. The music playing matched the era, and prices were about normal in the 2020's.
