My wife and I drove up from Poulsbo for the day to be tourists. We asked a local merchant for a recommendation. He gave us 3 choices and we chose the Fountain Cafe. It’s a block from the main road but worth the walk.Wow. The food was fantastic. Family was in town. Never had been. Highly recommend. Excellent food, great service and a relaxing atmosphere. Asked the waitress what she recommends. She said everything is good. I believe it.

So more like four and a half. When I first came to this place maybe ten years ago was incredible still great but maybe a tad less salt. The stuffed mushrooms so goooooooood the pesto clams great specials not so special but the pasta and paella fantastic just salty but not too much to ruin flavor. Get reservations you need them and I will be back. Everytime I come this is a must go to place
