“One of the two bars I tend to actually go to in Port Townsend, Pourhouse is nicely atmospheric with a large outdoor seating area featuring a covered patio, tables with umbrellas, tables without umbrellas and a ping-pong table. It's right on the beach, which provides a pleasant, if sometimes slightly chill breeze. There is some indoor seating, but significantly less than outdoors, so i generally expect to be outside. The selection on tap is decent, primarily focused on various beers, but they always keep both a sweet and a dry cider available as well, one of which is typically my choice for the evening. Prices are on the lower side of standard for the area, so not cheap, but also not $15+ per drink like you can find at some of the town's coctail bars. It's a great place to spend an evening with friends, particularly in summer and early fall.“
