“If you asked me how good the quesadilla was, I would say it was good. But if you asked me on a deeper level, I would say it was the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. I went to bed thinking about it, dreaming about it and I woke drooling about it. The quesadilla and guacamole was exquisite and the perfect size. Not to big not to small, just right. I wish Gordon Ramsey was here to taste such a fine delicacy.“

“Wonderful Mexican restaurant with delicious entrees.Warmly greeted at the door and seated with fresh chips, salsa and a plate of refried beans. ( nice touch).The carnitas tacos with double corn tortillas, pinto beans, onions, cilantro, and cotija reminds me of being in Mexico.The shredded beef tacos and the homemade chicken tortilla soup made from scratch, are among my favorites.Reasonably priced and excellent service.I eat here often and you should too.“

“We had a fun dinner at The Enchanted Castle.Love the guy running the place, enjoyed the fajitas, the nachos and the Panama chicken dish served with sweet plantains. Ask for spicy sauce on the side, otherwise food is mild and there’s something for everyone.“

“I am born & raised in San Diego and I moved to Poulsbo Washington a few years ago and I had not found any good Mexican food until I ran into La Cocina in Port Townsend. OMG the Food is so good and brings me memories of back home. The service is always really friendly and the drinks are perfect. I love the story behind the owners and how they started and the tortillas and salsa is freshly home made. Do yourself a favor and try the chillaquilles or pozole here and you will not be dissapointed. Super fireeeee. Much Love to the Owners and Kitchen staff for the amazing food and experience everytime I hit up La Cocina.“
