“Love Red Cork next door which has the same owner, so was very excited to finally try Taqueria Puebla.We tried 4 street tacos and one small burrito along with sampling the salsas. Everything was super tasty and had good depth of flavor. Food came out very fast and was packed well to take home. So happy that you can easily mix and match to build a meal to fit your appetite.We will be back!“
“My tortilla soup was the best soup I have ever eaten. It was delicious. Dinner was awesome.The chandelier is a Mexican star from i believe Mazatlan, beautiful...but my favorite was the colored chandelier in the bar made of tequila bottles, clever and quite pretty“
“Not a big Taco Bell person but the food tastes and looks as it was advertised. Various options and it's easy ordering from the kiosks.Vegetarian options: Can choose whether you want meat in or not but there's no substitutes for protein“
“Literally the best tacos and birria I've ever had. Their rice and especially their beans are also addictive, they taste homemade with tons of love, just like everything else on their menu. Our family is so happy we found this restaurant, and we're regular weekly customers, the place never disappoints. The staff is also extremely kind, hard working and very friendly.“
“Food ***** Service ***** Ambiance **** While we enjoy Indigo and have never had anything that wasn't top quality, we gave Azul a try. Since they offer Carnitas, we decided to both order Carnitas. We were a little disappointed when the Carnitas turned out to be a bit on the bland side spice wise and had not been cooked again on the grill just before serving. We have found the best Carnitas at Julio's in Bothel.“
“The al pastor taco was seasoned really well, not too much so it wasn’t dry and chalky but enough to let you know it’s Al pastor with a balance that comes from the fresh pineapple.The asada was done to near perfection, seasoned well, tender yet crispy.For the tacos they are a win, I look forward to trying more next time!“
“Best mexican food we have found since moving to WA! We got the chicken fajitas and the shredded beef tacos. Everything including the chips and bean dip served when we sat down was amazing! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back and this will probably become our go to Mexican restaurant!“
“I came for the first time last weekend and ordered chicken, cabeza, and tripas tacos. All were good, though the tripas could be simmered a bit longer before grilling. I'm glad I went there and look forward to visiting again for the chicken and cabeza tacos!“

“Boy oh boy am I excited for Cole's! The speedway offerings have definitely opened up over the past few years. But there's something missing that only Cole's offers. Late night business hours(kidding, although true).This place checks all the boxes for a great hangout spot. Great staff, great food, great drinks, all at a great price!Been here mostly for the lunch time and after work happy hour crowds. Always friendly staff and always delicious food.If you're in the area, either headed to/from the ferry or Mukilteo for the day, this is a MUST stop for lunch or dinner or just a quick drink.“
