“Whether at their restaurant or their food truck, this place is always a treat. I recommend trying a taco, quesa-birria, and mulita on your first trip and dipping all three in the consomé. All the formats are their own little experiences--though I personally love the ones with melted cheese.“

Not too salty either, perfect 👌🏼. Tasty warm chips too. They’re also SO nice here. When we left, everyone said goodbye, even the cooks. A nice break from the Seattle freeze attitude.
