Be forewarned: if you order iced coffee, they’ll put it in a hot coffee cup. When you walk around town condensation will form on the cup and it will begin to disintegrate. If you bring the situation to their attention they’ll just tell you to drink faster.

In my opinion, drip coffee coffee can be delicious, but at this place it was disappointing. My daughter got the spicy salted mocha and that was AMAZING; I had drink envy all morning. If they step up the drip game, it'd be 5 stars.

The coffee is good, with a selection of single origins that can be made as a pour over, showing they really know their coffee. Many customers find the coffee smooth and not bitter, making it some of the best they've ever had. Customers also praise the incredible drinks and fresh pastries, with one mentioning the chai tea latte as the best since moving to the area. The staff is exceptionally friendly, energetic, and always smiling, creating a warm environment. Visitors appreciate the salmon bagel with cream cheese and the cardamom latte with orange whip, as well as the black coffee, which many find very good. The communal tables and friendly interactions with locals add to the welcoming atmosphere, making Velocity a must-visit for coffee lovers in the area.
