Unique and fun experience. Restaurant menu is also unique.. Food was delicious
Not sure if the front desk had ear plugs available but it would be great if the rooms had them, walls are very thin and we could hear everything on both rooms next to us so it was hard to sleep. Front desk staff was very friendly.
The Manresa Castle Hotel offers a unique and charming experience for guests. The antique-filled rooms, beautiful furniture, and friendly staff create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel features a reading room, lounge, and antique elevator, providing a glimpse into the building's rich history. Accessibility may be limited due to stairs, but the hotel's convenient location near a whale tour and state park with incredible beaches makes it an ideal spot for a classy getaway.
Guests describe the hotel as "really cool," "full of history and character," and appreciate the comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff is noted for being friendly and helpful, offering excellent value compared to soulless vacation rentals. The "charming, quasi-spooky atmosphere" and "wonderful creaky stairs" add to the overall ambiance. Recent visitors enjoyed stories shared by the staff about the hotel's history and their own experiences, enhancing the stay.
The hotel's Mexican restaurant on the first floor is another draw for visitors, alongside the blooming Sakura tree next to the parking lot that creates a picturesque scene, especially in April. Overall, the Manresa Castle Hotel is a historic and delightful destination that offers a unique and memorable experience for its guests.
