Cozy, tasty, unpretentious but great cocktails/food with a view.
A great place to enjoy the views, have a good drink and some good food.

Last week we had a very delicious lunch for 4. I had the Braised Beef sandwich, my wife had the Kale salad, our friends had the French Onion Soup and Chicken Bacon Pot Pie. ALL of these were absolutely wonderful! The staff were all very friendly, answered all the questions, and made great recommendations. We will most definitely come back for another meal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This was such a great find. We came here on a Saturday night, and the place had such a cozy vibe. The menu is small, but whatever we had, was clean and delicious. The salmon and the accompanying salad was so tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying, great place, great bloody Mary, excellent Beet salad. We were on a Bloody Mary quest for the best bloodies in Port Townsend.
This was our first stop. We walked in slightly past the bar and were immediately asked "CAN I HELP YOU" like I crossed the line. I responded by saying 2 bloody Marys. I guess we didn't see a sign saying Wait to be seated.
Someone sat us, then brought water and menu's and said I will be back to take your order. I quickly said can we have 2 Bloody Marys (second time). If looks could kill I would have my throat cut.
We ignored it. There was a smart comment made from the bar tender when we ordered the beet salad, outstanding view!
All of this could be overlooked if we didn't start out on the wrong foot.
My Bad!
I would return in again without prejudice.

A terrific surprise in Port Townsend. Hand crafted cocktails were well balanced and tasty. Clam chowder, beet salad, and French onion soup served with crusty bread and butter - a wonderful savory lunch. Small dining room and bar that didn’t feel crowded. Waterfront views. Definitely will return.

Admiralty has been one of our favorite restaurants in PT for some time now. In a town where so many restaurants taste the same, Admiralty Fine Foods does a great job at providing new flavors and menu options that no other restaurants in town offer. Their food is always fresh and beautifully presented... All this to say that because of the above, choosing them to cater our wedding was a no-brainer and they did not disappoint. Having been to many weddings where the food was just "meh", my husband and I wanted to make sure the food at our wedding was actually good... well actually not just good, delicious. And we knew we could trust Toby and Millie to make this happen.
The hors d'oeuves were perfect and gobbled up so fast. For the dinner, my in-laws provided salmon that they caught in Alaska, and the kitchen crew prepared it perfectly with the most delicious yogurt dill sauce. My other favorite from our wedding dinner was the smoked potatoes, there was just a tiny box of leftover potatoes after the wedding and we brought them with us on our "mini moon" and snacked on them at the lake, they were SO good (and I don't even usually like potatoes, we had them on the menu because my husband likes them). They also made a beautiful and tasty cucumber salad and tomato salad, both were so summery and fresh. I', honestly still dreaming about the entire meal and wish I could eat it every night. A few friends who are serial wedding goers even remarked that the food at our wedding was the best wedding food they had ever had.
In addition to the amazing food, Toby and Millie are just wonderful humans and were so fun to work with. We gave them our ideas and they gave us input and helped create the most perfect menu. They also staffed our wedding with servers who were skilled and courteous. We couldn't be happier or more grateful.
Moral of the story - if you need a meal catered, hurry up and hire them and if you are looking for a good spot to eat out, look no further.

One of my favorite spots in town! Tasty cocktails, well-curated wine list, and fresh, delicious food. Their waterfront deck is the place to be when the weather is nice!

Rude with bad food. If you like slop in a bowl served with a bad attitude this place is for you. You get better service from the McDonald's drive through. It was an all around terrible dining experience but don't worry they charge a lot for it. Make sure to get the $6 sour dough bread it's terrible.

Was in PT for 3 days and ate at Admiralty every chance I could! Every dish blew me away, the perfect mix of classic bistro with locally sourced and creative flair. PT is lucky to have this gem not only for the food but waterfront views, impeccably curated mercantile, dynamite cocktails and warmth of service.
