I ordered from DoorDash last night. The beef noodle soup had no sliced beef, although the broth was very tasty. This is the second Time I’ve ordered from them, and a key ingredient has been missing. Unacceptable.

Lovely restaurant and one of the few open in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday in Port Townsend.

We were wandering around Port Townsend and came across this Thai Bistro. It is off the beaten track, not next to the water. The food was delicious and authentic. I had a great eggplant dish, and my partner had a favorite noodle dish. Everything was spiced just enough, we ordered mild. ~The portions were good and they offered brown rice as an alternative to white rice.We ate on the patio. Atmosphere was fine except for all the seagull guano, but it seems Port Townsend has a huge screaming seagull population. Tables and chairs were clean.

Had a great experience dining here tonight. The server was very pleasant and the food was fresh and tasty. Nice size portions too. I had the Pad Thai with lemongrass chicken and my wife had The Drunken Mushroom. Both were very good. We were seated in the outdoor patio and it was a very nice atmosphere. We will be back!

I travel all over the country for my job. And this is by far hands down the absolute best Thai restaurant I've ever went to. I worked up in this area for almost a year and ate here once or twice a day. The food was always and ever consistently awesome. I met another customer there a few times, He also travels all over the country and he said the same thing as I did that this was the best Thai restaurant he's ever been to from east to west coast.

Tried Banana Leaf Thai Bistro with a friend and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Duck Noodle Soup and Yum Neu—both were absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and generous portions. We’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend if you’re craving Thai food done right.

Everything on other tables looked amazing... I should have stayed away from the seafood dish...mussels were bad, calamari was very chewy....maybe old frozen stuff. The noodles, veggies and spice were terrific so I'd probably give it another shot and stick with chicken.

Best panang curry I’ve had in Washington. I’m shook.

Banana Leaf is a favorite of ours for Asian food in PT, and it never disappoints. The dishes are delicious, and the spiciness on-target with our regular requests of 4 (pleasantly spicy) to negative 2 (not spicy at all). The servers are always friendly and helpful. Some of our favorite dishes are Golden Cashew, Rama, Massamun Curry, and Mango Ginger Duck.

Previous experiences have been better. I ordered "caramelized tofu steak". It was not what it should be. Seems maybe a new chef didn't know how to make an old dish and either just winged it or was hoping I would be ignorant. It was just slabs of deep fried tofu, no caramelization, no sauce, no flavor. The garnish was chunks of raw bell pepper.

Vegetarian options: Not as good as in the past.

Had Basil Fried Rice and that was the best I've eaten in years. I will be back!

I LOVE Banana Leaf, they have the best pad see ew in town. But I got it for take out yesterday and it really wasn’t up to par, and pretty disappointing. Not only does it not travel well (not really the resturant’s or chef’s fault) but it didn’t have much spice or flavor. Maybe they rushed because they knew it was to go, and didn’t take the time they normally do to caramelize it?
