Been here twice, from the Tacoma area and like to visit part Townsend when I can. Stopped by again cuz I had a good experience first time and was good again. The chocolate chip cookie is unique but fantastic. Love the rosemary garlic sourdough I've got both times as well, got same things both times lol

These are fine baked goods. I first became acquainted with their product while a patient at Jefferson Health Care. They offered a "plain bagel" as a breakfast bread. The quality of that bagel was outstanding. Even when I didn't feel like eating anything, the bagel was solid comfort food! After recovery I happened into the Crusty Crumb and found the source of my much loved "Plain Bagel". Excellent crust and perfect crumb, this golden brown ring of goodness is called plain, but it really is a bagel's bagel, as in state of the art. Since that time I have become familiar with the Rosemary Garlic Loaf, the Vegatable Topped Focaccia Bread, Sausage Roll and others. I would also tell you how good the Apple Fritters are, except it is so soul crushing when those are sold out, I don't want you to know how truly special the fritters are.

Ordered pretzels, bagels, gluten free bread, and cinnamon rolls for various wedding weekend festivities and they were all VERY delicious! Our guests especially loved how salty the pretzels were. Great working with Tom and team too!
Better than all the rest!! Now, I LOVE all of our fine bakeries in Port Townsend. We are very fortunate indeed! There are fine points that the Crusty Crumb just gets a bit more perfect. The sandwich loaves are not to be skipped. Bagels are so delicious. The cardamom buns, cinnamon rolls and Snickerdoodles are perfect for the sweet tooth. The show stoppers for me are the sour-brats (sour-dogs) I have never had anything like it. I wish it made any kind of sense to eat one every day. It does not.
