Been here a few times and tried a couple different things, all been good. Finally got to try one of their massive croissants with the cream filling, pretty delicious. So far though, I think I've liked the almond croissant, bagels, and danishes the best. My daughter tried a cookie today (she's picky) and she really liked it.

Okay, my wife and I were visiting Port Townsend last weekend and we had a hankering for a fresh donut (or two) the only options were Safeway or Crusty Crumb. Much to my disappointment this bakery does not make donuts. The very sweet young lady was incredibly nice and offered a cinnamon pull-apart to try.OH MY PULL-APART DOUGHY WARM DELICIOUS FANTASTICNESS.Go here, just go here!!Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I stopped here for breakfast for the first time ever and was pleasantly surprised. The outside doesn't look like much and the inside commercial space is pretty small but stocked with local treats. The woman who helped me was very friendly, welcoming me to town and making suggestions on what I should order. I tried a lemon danish, a savory tomato focaccia flat bread, and a small ham and cheese pastry. Everything that I had was made from a sourdough starter. The focaccia was excellent, very colorful and flavorful! The danish and the ham and cheese were honestly a bit too chewy for me. They also had croissants, cardamom buns, and pistachio rolls, all of which looked amazing! I look forward to coming back and trying those!

White bread version of sourdough and several days old; assumed a bakery would only offer fresh bread :/

Amazing local bakery that specializes in sourdough! Get sourdough breads, cookies, bagels and pastries! Nice friendly people. Located in a small building next to a great pet store on the main road in town. Not an eat-in restaurant. Buy the yummy food to take home and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Their cardamom buns are wonderful. They have lots of other choices too but I can't tear myself away from those cardamom buns.

I'm so happy that this bakery opened in Port Townsend. Living between Sequim and Whidbey Island, I make it a regular stop on each trip. I am addicted to Tom's (owner) Cardamon Buns. They are so light, so soft with just the right amount of Cardamon and sweetness. They freeze perfectly so I typically load up with a dozen as often as I can. Order ahead, they can move fast! Chris W.
