My carne asada looked boiled and didnt have any seasonings on it. None of our food had seasons, and the rice and beans had no flavor. Maybe they ran out of salt that day? Good service though! Nice people.
Port Townsend is a cool place to hang out. For me, there is nothing better than a walk around a marina. For my girlfriend, there is a used building materials store. For an adventure, there is the scariest ferry in Washington. But, Port Townsend is far from a food mecca. There are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food, but there is nothing that makes you go, “Wow!” Prove me wrong. If you make your own creation here, it can be good. I recommend sticking to the stewed meats, like the pulled chicken in the enchiladas. The grilled meats are not very tender. The best combo we tried is the Chicken Enchiladas La Crema, but ask for the green (Verde) Tomatillo based salsa that comes with the Asada (steak) Tacos usually. Put it on top of the enchiladas and the tanginess and heat cut the heaviness of the cream. Cold Modelos hit the spot. The Margarita was too orangey...
