We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night just as they opened for service. The owner was very friendly and ready to take our order. We decided to dine in and chose the following selections from the menu board: 2 Thai teas; Pork and Veggie egg rolls (3); Vietnamese salad with tofu; a Wok Fried Bun with beef and shrimp; and a Combo Special with beef, chicken, and shrimp. PhoFilling is my go-to spot for pho in Port Townsend—comfort food at its finest! The broth is always rich and flavorful, and the portions are super generous. I usually get the pho with meatballs, and it never disappoints. Fresh herbs, hot tea, and quick, friendly service every time.
It’s the perfect place to warm up on a chilly day or just satisfy that pho craving. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a reliable, delicious bowl of pho!

The banh mi's primary flavor was salt. The bread's texture was more like a hamburger bun than a French bread--having a less developed gluten--so it ended up pretty soggy and falling apart, similar to how barbecue gets served. Appropriate use of pate though. And the service was very good.
