The walk up would have been okay if the food was good. The ciopinno I was looking forward to all day was dreadful. The tomato in the soup was ridiculous. Did the cook open a can of crushed tomatoes and pour it into the pot? One does not wish to lift tomato halves when scooping soup. The worst part was the sweetness! Ciopinno does not have sugar in it. In a town with excellent food, Sirens stands out as one of the top contenders on the Port Townsend food scene.
We've dined here several times in the past because Sirens is one of the only places in town with a true view of the water. However, we have only ever gotten pub grub, and although excellent on its own, it was last night's dinner that really blew our minds and moved Sirens to the top of our list of favorite restaurants in Port Townsend.

For mains, we ordered the cioppino and the jambalaya. Both were really good. I personally wished the jambalaya had a little more heat, but it was still flavorful and well done. The cioppino was teeming with seafood and was extremely flavorful.
