Slowest service ever at a Starbucks. Barista took a call and worked with the person on the phone in the middle of our ordering our drinks! Our order was not complicated or difficult but it took forever for her to finish. Thanks for the lousy start to our day. 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks -- a latte and a hot tea.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a thousand times and have had like two good experiences here. Unfortunately it’s the only one in Port Townsend… but today they put a “wow!” Sticker on my coffee because they thought the order was obnoxious. I hate these baristas. I can’t imagine being as miserable as most of these girls are.

Nothing impressive. I don't enjoy Starbucks like I used to. Now they are only about cutting coreners and making sales, anf over charging for everything. The staff was awesome, so there is that.

This one 8s located inside the Safeway grocery, but the have seating if you are resting or having lunch. The servers/baristas are wonderful.

Only one person working, making 5 drinks while I and others watched-- so it's one person to make drinks, serve food, accept payment - all by one person . The solo worker is working so hard they doesn't have time to breathh. Asked where the partner worker was. Told it's a Safeway managed/ owned location inside P T Safeway so it's a one person show. I waited for 7 minutes to be served. Then didn't have what I wanted. Need two people like other Starbucks store have. Other coffee places in P T have 2 or more working plus are independent.
