This one 8s located inside the Safeway grocery, but the have seating if you are resting or having lunch. The servers/baristas are wonderful.

Kid-friendliness: I have always gone to Starbucks as long as I can remember. It has always been very welcoming. Just don't let the little ones get to out of hand because sometimes people are trying to get work done.
