Genevieve is SUPER sweet and was very accommodating for me!! My orders can get kinda crazy lol. She is always insanely sweet and hard working!!! Everyone is kind there, including the manager, but Genevieve was the only one I actually held a conversation with, that remembers my name everytime I come in, which is special.

Placed a mobile order and my order was made incorrectly. They literally just gave me meat and cheese on my 2 subs. Poor service and a poor subway. Do yourself a favor and just grab a slice from waterfront pizza down the road. Elena has poor customer service skills and was super unhelpful during my worse subway visit effort. Not even a 1 star is worth the service they provide.

Spent lot of money on two foot long BLTs, only for them to toast it when I did not want them toasted. Now it tastes like stale (like week old left on the counter in the sun stale) bread and hot lettuce and tomatoes. Absolute yuk.

Was trying to order from the app to be picked up but the app has never worked for me. The gentleman working the counter was very helpful and understanding, and made a draft sandwich!!!

There are nice people at this Subway but I have to say it’s only getting two stars because they are never open until closing. The sporadic hours they keep make it impossible to know if you’re going to get in your car and drive down just to find it closed. 9/10 times we go down there to find it closed early with no explanation and it’s just put us off trying to go there at all. Sad because I’m sure they’d have tons of business if they actually stayed open for the hours listed online.
