Went here a couple of years ago, will definitely be stopping by during an upcoming trip to Seattle. Awesome service, incredible drinks. The pork belly bao blew us away, a must try imo.

Just a cool place to enjoy good quality cocktails and small bites, preferred over Sirens, butParking: Usually, parking is more difficult in the afternoons.

No clear sign from the street. Just use the steep stairs to Sirens. Keep looking to the right for the “IB” sign over the door (In Between). I got a fun flaming ? cocktail: Strong and sweet. Only needed 1 for the night. We call the place a “speakeasy” because it seemed like a secret, cozy spot.

A speak-easy in Port Towensend! We were looking for a different place to try for pre-dinner drinks, and came across The In Between. It is truly "in between" the Sirens Pub upstairs and the retail space downstairs, and was a little tricky to find. Gad we did - they have a sophisticated cocktail menu and wide selection of liquor, similiar to what you would find in a big-city cocktail bar. Service was quick and attentive, and there was also a small selection of tasty bar snacks (not sufficient to consider as a full meal, however). This was a great find and I am sure we will be back many times.

Horrible service!!! Nobody here and zero help. Its like kids are in charge. This is a joke.

This is the spot in PT. Love the whole situation. A lil'bit sneaky of a location which is all part of the ambiance...Cozy/Dark/Classy. Secluded seating and velvet curtains. I had 2 of the classic Negronis because I was so enchanted. I confess I can't comment on the food because I was too focused on my romantic experience and therefore wasn't in need of any. Highly recommend for a craft cocktail experience that fits the mood of a 1850s Victorian Seaport meets Bonnie and Clyde meets Kurt Cobian on a Steampunk adventure.

I have been coming regularly to Port Townsend for 20+ years, but this week was our first time to The In Between. It was a fantastic experience - great vibe & excellent drinks on a busy Friday night! Such an unexpected treat.

Very lovely place, cozy feeling with low lighting that gives an inviting feel. Bartender knew their stuff and ensured we had a great time. Lovely people there even bought us drinks! 10/10 can't wait to come back and bring friends:]

That was the worst margarita I've ever had. I picked which tequila and you used SO much sweet and sour with little ice that it was so sour. I asked you to sweeten it but it was still undrinkable. Next time use more ice and less mixer. I've never walked away from a $17 margarita but I couldn't even drink half of it. Atmosphere was beautiful and I was hoping this was a new favorite spot.

Great cocktails and chill atmosphere. Solid Negroni and Martinez. Also enjoyed the Mac and cheese, but the olives were the tits.

If you're in your 20s and have an opinion about David Lynch movies you will probably like this place. We had one round.
