My wife and I dined there for lunch on December 17, 2025. That was our only meal of the day. That evening we both became ill with nasty stomach and intestinal issues. We reported our experience to the manager 2 days later. She apologized for what happened, declined to refund our money but offered to email us gift certificates. We agreed, however, the gift certificates never arrived, and she has not returned our call.

Great customer service but food is not the great also too expensive for what they served you, I was disappointed there smoke salmon sandwich is a waste of money. If they put a gram of salmon in the sandwich was a lot. The should rename it to artichoke sandwich with a less of a gram of smoke salmon. My sister and father order the same thing too. Do not waste your money ordering the smoke salmon sandwich.

Service was attentive. Unfortunately there were few vegetarian options on the menu. The house salad was good with a light sprinkling of smoked cheese. Because of the limited veg choices, I don't think I'd eat there again. The building is historic and the interior restored with mainly original architectural featues.

Excellent cocktails and delicious food. The steak salad is top notch as is the smoked chicken fettuccine. Great friendly service. We loved the woodsy decor too. Casual setting but feels historic.

Stopped here for lunch - absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor. I got the smoked salmon grilled cheese which was delicious!

Good drinks and creative meals rather than just your run of the mill food fare. We tried the Jamacian chicken sandwich which was off the charts, the onion rings - delish, and the shortrib fries (so-so).

Clams were great except quite a few didn't open and wings had great flavor but could have been cooked for a few minutes longer. I think the manager ended up waiting on us after being ignored for the 1st 10 minutes, she was great but the service struggled here
