It is an old school bar with a pool table and creaky wooden floors. Beer wine and cider no cocktails though. I like this is still the same as it always has been since I stumbled into town 40 years ago

As a local musician and longtime patron snd supporter of the UpTown I was shocked and dismayed by my treatment on the 1st of November, 4 screens in the establishment, and they would not designate one for a regional sporting event. The worst part is they shut it down in the middle of the game my brother and I had come specifically to the uptown to watch. It will be a long time before I ever suggest ( if ever) the Uptown in Port Townsend

Came in alone as and outsider to song karaoke and have fun. I put in a song request and waited for over an hour as i watched the same people sing multiple times. I went up to the karaoke dj to see how soon I would be singing and he said “remember I told you we don’t have that song”. No, sir I don’t remember because you never told me that! Not a good karaoke DJ - do better dude! As for the bartendress top knotch and great to look at.
We had a wonderful time here upon our arrival. We were welcomed with friendly conversations and laughs with the awesome bartender. We enjoyed great service and drinks. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I loved all the art on the walls. There are pool tables and darts in the back. I highly recommend visiting this establishment when visiting. It was a great way to start off our day! Thank you for such wonderful and kind service!

Service is non existent. We walked in and weren't even acknowledged. Sat at a table hoping to order food and drinks. 10 minutes later and not one staff person approached us. Ended up leaving and spending our money somewhere else. One and done. We won't be back.
