We had the great pleasure of having Bubba cater our wedding and wow! Bubba was absolutely incredible from the moment we made contact with him to when it all came together on the big day! His food is out of this world delicious, he's the sweetest man, easy to work with, excellent staff, we could go on and on! I wish I could give him more stars because he deserves it! Do us one favor though, if you book him for your wedding based on our review, you gotta invite us to the wedding so we can enjoy his country 'cue!

We had Bubba’s BBQ for takeout at our wedding, and WOW - absolutely delicious! I honestly can’t even express how amazing the food was. We had the Texas brisket, pulled pork, smoked mac-n-cheese, creamy slaw, and Tennessee mustard slaw—and every single item was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and we were so happy we chose Bubba for our special day. The price was super reasonable, the portions were generous, and the communication throughout was smooth and easy.

Bubba's catered my cousin's wedding and it was DELICIOUS! Additionally, Bubba and his staff were so friendly and provided excellent service. We are from MN and we wish Bubbas was here!!!

Catered party by Bubba's. Pulled pork, brisket, smoked mac, homemade sauces, and a few slaw choices were all amazing! Only reason for 4 stars is because the ribs were just OK, at best. Otherwise, they put together a great meal.

Bubba and his amazing staff catered a full BBQ dinner for our yacht club event this past May 2024 at the Northwest Maritime Center. We had 300 hungry sailboat racers and the finish was delayed by about 30 minutes which delayed the dinner start time. But it didn’t matter because Bubba ensured that all the food was hot and fresh and ready to go once we opened the doors. The dinner was fantastic! The food was amazing. The staff were so professional and accommodating. I could not believe how Bubba was able to service 300 people within half an hour of them all arriving!! There was more than enough food and many of our sailors were able to go back for seconds. Vegetarians were accommodated and Bubba’s hospitality was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend hiring Bubba for your event!

Bubba catered our wedding and their are not enough words to say how thankful and appreciative we are that we had him and his crew. AMAZING, tasty, delicious food that we heard compliments all night about. More than enough and he made sure we had leftovers for the newly weds and let me tell you... the smoked mac and cheese for a late night snack is worth its weight in GOLD. And to top it all off, Bubba is just the most genuinely kind person; he makes sure you feel true (Southern) hospitality like you're family at a backyard cookout. So easy to communicate with too! We look forward to hearing his triangle ring again when the food's ready. Thank you for EVERYTHING Bubba <3

Bubba catered both our rehearsal dinner and reception dinner. The food was phenomenal both nights! We opted for the seafood boil for the rehearsal and varied dishes, including the smashed potatos, smoked mac and cheese, ribs, chicken, and wings for the reception. Our guests made several comments about how great the food was!

Amazing Food!!!

Bubba’s catered our 125 per wedding last weekend and it was great. There was plenty of food and we got lots of compliments. Raymond came to visit the venue and provided lots of communication.

Bubba’s food was a highlight of our wedding!! We got so many compliments from guests about how good the food was and we could not agree more. There were not many leftovers! On top of the food being so amazing, Bubba was always very accommodating to any changes that we had to make in the months leading up to the wedding. He did a great job walking us through options and quotes and how we could change things if needed. He and his attendants were very professional the entire day and ensured the dinner portion went on without a hitch! So happy to choose Bubba’s Country Cue to cater our wedding!!
