Amazing food so delicious. We ate mussels -the best mussels in my life - and the pasta was amazing.

The food is outstanding and the people are very friendly. I don't like their mandatory fee structure and tips based on group size.

This place is our favorite date-night location. From the outside it's just a little hole in the wall space but inside is cozy and calming. The food though? Every dish I've tried here is a new favorite. The portion sizes are on the smaller side but everything is priced incredibly fair so my husband and I enjoy ordering 4 or 5 things between us to get a nice variety and it always feels incredibly decadent in the best way. The service has always been great. Knowledgeable staff that checks in enough that you feel taken care of but not hovering. We don't get sitters often but when we do we never have to ponder where to go, this is hands down the best dining in Kitsap county in my opinion.

We had a large family graduation dinner last week at Burrata Bistro out on the back deck. Our server, Zoe, was top notch! She remained flexible and attentive throughout, seamlessly getting us what we needed without interrupting our celebration activities. We really appreciated her. Plus the menu is so wide ranging and everybody liked all the many dishes we tried. Recommended!

Good food popular restaurant.

We came here to meet up with some friends. It was a stormy night so was slower than normal. We had the squash lasagna. Felt there was more cheese than squash. Hoping for more squash flavor. The other dishes were great.

This is a popular place and is usually very busy. We were lucky we went out when the weather was not good. Service was perfect.

We stopped here after a long bike ride because I was craving some pasta. We were seated pretty quickly in the bar area, and had amazing service from Nico, who was very helpful and accommodating for my dietary restrictions. They have a tapas menu that identifies all dairy-free tapas, which made it easy to navigate and find some tasty nibbles. We had a few fish-based tapas, I had the aglio e olio without cheese, and my partner really enjoyed the pork tenderloin. Cocktails were great too.

Amazing spot! We came back for lunch after having dinner here last night. The staff are positive and fun, Kimberly is the best. There are so many menu items to try. The four cheese pasta and ricotta pork and lamb meatballs are delicious. The potato tortilla was perfectly cooked. The cannelloni was fantastic. If you love a good cocktail, make sure to try the Painkiller.

A wonderful lady at Vino 42 directed us to Burrata Bistro. I will be forever thankful. The food is delicious, service was wonderful, and atmosphere just absolutely charming. 10/10 recommend their mushroom pappardelle - chefs kiss. We also enjoy the paprika rubbed sirloin, focaccia, empanadas, gorgonzola salad, fried razor clams, many cocktails, and apricot bread pudding. We left full and super happy. Their cocktails are absolutely perfect - get a Last Word, Spanish Coffee, Pain Killer or anything really - it's all good.

My best friend and I were on a weekend trip to explore Poulsbo for the first time. We were looking for a place to have a drink and relax for a few before we strolled the Downtown streets looking at shops and trying new treats. Bar seats were open and we were greeted by the bar tenders who had just opened the restaurant, Niko and Milo. We did not know what kind of drinks we wanted, so Nike suggested the Aviation and created a fresh squeezed cocktail with a beautiful Luxador cherry garnish and an espresso martini that I will never forget. The atmosphere in the bar area was captivating and a great start to our Poulsbo shopping day. After 3 hours of exploring, we stopped back by Paella for a drink and to let Niko and Milo know that they started our day on such a positive note, we were so grateful. Thank you for the initiation of the Mr. Roger's neighborhood vibes and for allowing us to chat and get to know some of the impact you are having on the community around you. Congratulations on your recent accomplishments Niko and we hope to see both you and Milo when we come back to visit for some delicious cocktails and try the food which looked and smelled amazing. Cheers!

The food is fine, service is good.

However, two of us ate the clams in their seafood rice, and within a few hours we both became sick — I had diarrhea, and my mother-in-law later vomited. On top of that, they also add a 7% surcharge supposedly to cover minimum wage, which is a surprise to us.

Public humiliation in front of other patrons for not loving the food. There must be some changes in management. There is good Mexican, Indian, and sono di’vino. Go elsewhere. They tack on 7 % service char and say “it’s seasonal” then tax that charge. Totally embarrassed and disgusted by the customer service. Our family was mortified and will not be returning to our favorite bistro in my hometow of Poulsbo Washington. There is absolutely no excuse for the fact that an insulting waitress would be so loud and public about our enjoyment of the food. Lots of the food was great. Olive was good. The beet salad was good. Chicken enchilada was delicious. Service was great, except the the angst and pains of a full-on embarrassing experience. She says she wants a good review. Hmmmm. Maybe if the food was good, and we weren’t so disgusted by this experience…

The pork was so over cooked it was like chewing on driftwood. When I mentioned the massive change in food quality and why??? My entire family was confronted by TWO waitresses while we ate in the back patio with a full house of customers. They suggested we ate the dry pork, however that was nuts!!! It was so disgusting it was like chewed up wood on the side of my plate (as well as the 4 other people at the table who all gave it a taste). Terrible food that is usually amazing.

Bad food is a one thing. But being MEAN to customers in front of other patrons is a huge issue. Be kind. The focaccia is great.
Really GREAT.

I heard there is a good vegetarian place in town
