It might be a little unfair to rate everything a 1 star, but I've tried twice in the past four months to have lunch at this restaurant and neither time were they open on days and times posted in the window. The first time there was a plumber coming in and out who explained they were closed because of a plumbing problem. The second time there was no explanation at all, just a locked door and no one in the place. How does a restaurant stay in business when they aren't reliably open during their posted hours? I won't bother to try again.

Saturday lunch and they were fairly busy. Had a grapefruit margarita which was nice. Unfortunately the Carnitas was a bit dry and the quesadilla was overly greasy. We were all served guacamole that had already turned brown - this did not inspire confidence in the overall freshness. Are they pre-portioned and stored in the fridge?

Natalee the waitress will absolutely take care of the large groups. We are party of 10 … little loud, lots of fun, and her and the staff rocked it. Busy weekend and still got us drinks and food quick and delicious.
The kitchen is relying on the microwave too much and we can hear the beeps going off.La salsa? No no noooo! Pura Agua. The service was good but sorry, the food is not it.

Dare I say I found the best Mexican food in all of Washington??? My husband and I are from southern Arizona and have constantly been disappointed with the options available in Kitsap/Seattle/Tacoma area. We randomly stumbled soon this place and WOW they actually season their food!! I got the veggie enchiladas and it was probably the best I’ve had. I also got the hibiscus margarita, which was surprisingly really good. Not too sweet and felt like they didn’t skimp on the tequila. Husband got the carna asada, his only complaint was that the portion felt small especially considering the price. You do have to pay extra for refills on the chips and salsa, so be weary. All around the flavor was amazing in everything we had. Atmosphere was great. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food.
