Chipotle, Mexican Grill

Hit and miss at best. Chipotle is only a shadow of what it once was many years go. Our last order was missing half of the ingredients in one of the burritos and they were both the same? Once was fine and one was missing a bunch of stuff. It’s been this way since the opening. We’ve been there a dozen times and it’s very inconsistent.

The portion of my burrito bowl was about half of what is was last time. Employees mostly had frowns on their faces.

There always seems to be something wrong when I come to this location.
Last time I was here, it was about 3pm in the afternoon, two people were behind the counter with one who was on her phone. The area where they prepare your food was filthy with cheese, sour creme and hot sauce.
Today I came during the lunch hour and there was no chicken ready, causing us to have to wait 10-minutes. It's upsetting that this newer location can't seem to get their customer service figured out.

Avoid this place. It is known to get people sick. The kitchen and table were dirty.

Service is seriously lacking in the evenings. Twice in a row the orders have not been completed as requested and ordered chips and guacamole have been missing. Lunch service has always been good but avoid in the evenings.

We drove all the way from Sequim for some Chipotle and happy we did. Brianna was amazing and made us feel like we were visiting friends.

I've been coming to this Chipotle since the day it opened. Great spot with solid food consistency and the staff are great. I just grabbed food there today 8/22/2024 during a slow "lunch rush" the employees seemed to be working at a 3x speed and when I asked an employee why they are working so fast they told me it's because of a time quota that needs to be met. I understand because I too manage a large staff of people but there is no way these people are being paid enough to operate at that speed. Normally it's all smiles and warm inviting, today it was smiles and warm inviting but with the scenery of a sweat shop. Not sure if this is corporate setting this number or the manager but regardless the employees looked like they were getting overloaded and it's sub-par management.

Have been coming here for nearly a year. While there are hiccups from time to time (unnecessary wait times, out of cheese, etc), we have largely had positive experiences and the staff has always been nice. Generally good serving sizes compared to some other locations too. I also prefer this location over the Silverdale one.

Disappointed once again. It was not busy, no one was in line behind me but the employees assembling my bowl seemed to be in a huge rush and didn’t listen well to my requests so the food wasn’t great. On top of that weird music played extra loud negatively impacted by eating enjoyment. The Chipotle in Silverdale is further away but always a positive experience.

This chipotle is hit or miss. Today a miss. One taco had just a little meat. I think they might have used a couple tablespoons worth of cheese. I don’t blame the employees, I blame whoever the managers are.

This place needs new management. Came in with a big order and the manager was making herself a plate of food during a busy time. Employees looked not happy the way she was treating them. The chips were undercooked and chewy. Steak was over 50% gristle. Taco shells fell apart due to being soggy. I watched the manager pick out the select good cuts of steak and she left the gristle for the customers. Chipolte you need to reevaluate who you have in charge at this location. I won't be back and will go to silverdale instead.
