This is how I always get their portions!!! Always get half portions and there’s nothing they can do about it that’s why I’m posting it here.
The first photo is from sept 4th 2025, the second photo is from august 14th. They been doing this I complained with corporation and said there’s nothing they can do! So I’m I’m done giving Chipotle MY MONEY!!

I love chipotle, but this one is poulsbo is terrible. I haven't eaten here for almost a year because they screw up my order every time. I gave them another shot today and they did it again. I can't be the only one with this issue. Either needs new management and training or new everyone. The guy I had didn't even know how to fold my burrito and gave up after the third attempt and I had to do it 🤔

I’m not sure why they can’t get mobile orders right… I asked for extra lettuce and there’s BARLEY any lettuce. I also asked for extra beans and there aren't very many on there as you can see… I’ve seen numerous complaints about this on here. Please get it right.

Terrible service. Wow. Drive thru is a joke. Order through the app, wait till our order is ready, go to the window, then wait forever until someone finally comes to the window to tell us they’re going to START on our order?!? That’s not how your drive thru works. When she handed it to us, no apologies, no acknowledgement. This is happened MULTIPLE times. WORST chipotle location ever. If you brave going inside, prepare yourself for a mess.

Food is usually fine. Drive through is an absolute joke. Order is NEVER ready when app or email says it’s ready for pickup, and they never care. They act put out that a car is out the window and completely unprepared to serve you.

Should have walked out when we noticed how atrocious the restaurant lobby was with food all over the floor. The back area didn’t look much better. We took our order back to our hotel only to see small bugs crawling all over our lettuce. Don’t eat here

Portion size is inconsistent. Only 8 pieces total of chicken in my bowl, a half of spoon of rice and if you are going to charge $2.25 for guacamole then it should be more than a third of the spoon. My husbands bowl was normal portions.

Also had an employee getting food in front of us ( probably getting off shift, but still) with a bunch extras, which got rang up wrong, which back up the line while they tried to fix it.

Will definitely being going the silverdale location from now on.
