I love chipotle, but this one is poulsbo is terrible. I haven't eaten here for almost a year because they screw up my order every time. I gave them another shot today and they did it again. I can't be the only one with this issue. Either needs new management and training or new everyone. The guy I had didn't even know how to fold my burrito and gave up after the third attempt and I had to do it 🤔

I've been coming to this Chipotle since the day it opened. Great spot with solid food consistency and the staff are great. I just grabbed food there today 8/22/2024 during a slow "lunch rush" the employees seemed to be working at a 3x speed and when I asked an employee why they are working so fast they told me it's because of a time quota that needs to be met. I understand because I too manage a large staff of people but there is no way these people are being...

Have been coming here for nearly a year. While there are hiccups from time to time (unnecessary wait times, out of cheese, etc), we have largely had positive experiences and the staff has always been nice. Generally good serving sizes compared to some other locations too. I also prefer this location over the Silverdale one.
