We had a lovely date night and the food was amazing. It was our first time but it won’t be our last. I really appreciated the pairing notes to go with each dish. Overall a phenomenal experience with great service.

The food was really good except for when my entree came and my rice was super hard. The starters and dessert I have were good though. Server has really amazing customer service except for the fact it took her almost a 1/2 an hour each time to get to our table

My wife and I have been to Hitchcock several times and always had good service and good food. However, this Sunday we went in near the end of their service. We had reservations, but we met with a flippant, arrogant handlebar, mustache greeter. There were at least 10 tables open and he made us wait until he set the table. While he was setting the table another Waiter waved us over to the table. But the first guy stopped us and would not let us sit down because he hadn’t set the table yet and stated I will call you over when I’m done. It was obvious they didn’t want us there, the food was disappointing, my daughter was visiting from out of town and was also not impressed. Not going back.

We had an unusually bad experience. They did not have 3 of the items that were on the menu. And when we finally decided to split a burger and it not only took forever but it was burned on the outside and raw in the middle. So we asked for the bill and that also took forever.

The food was not agreeable with my stomach or anyone in my party, For the price, the quality was not there. The service was good unfortunately it felt like he was Forcing it. The atmosphere was genuinely annoying as every three minutes the lights would either dim or Brighten. I would not return here again.

Pretty frustrating experience. I understand most people do not think about what ADA accessibility, I would point out that while it's a rare experience for most, it's 100% of the experience of someone with a disability. We called as one person in our party was in a wheel chair, asked all the questions about entrance, table etc. We showed up to find the restaurant was upstairs and the elevator out of order. We went to talk to the host, the same person I spoke to on the phone and the response was "whoops, I didn't even think about that". Please, make this a learning experience for your business so it never happens again.

Nice atmosphere, was expecting way more for the food! I got chicken fried steak and it was burned and rubbery, the gravy was just a greasy mess and cost 30$ for a breakfast dish. The water bottle had algae growing on the inside. I was super disappointed. Coulda had a better breakfast at Denny’s for 1/3 the price.

Went there for a rehearsal dinner and I must say that Jacob and Ava were absolutely amazing
