It's almost 3 am and I have been waiting for the fries they missed in my order for at least 15 mins. They first took my order erroneously, when I corrected it at the window said that it will take a while and made me wait for 10 to 15 mins just to find out that 1 order of fries are missing and now I have lost at least 30 mins. Ridiculous service, do not recommend.

Very very slow to prepare food. Drive through guy came in while waiting because they missed something. It’s been ten minutes and still no burrito. Bummer it costs so much and takes so long.

Fairly newer building. No waiting at noon in drive thru. Was clean and well kept. Used a coupon from news paper. Got a great meal deal for 16 bucks and tax. Lots of parking lots of shops to wander about. Nice view of Rainer from upper lot. Jack's is my fave due to coupons.

Everytime I come through here there is a chair blocking drive thru. Yeah, that’s how they roll. I know a ton of people that want and need jobs, so let these ppl that DON’T WANT TO WORK GO.

Dropped in today and ordered a burger without a bun. Not too sure if this is done everywhere but they put my burger with no sauce and cheese and tomatoes which were fresh and lettuce that was fresh and a little bowl that they probably use for their teriyaki bowl. This really made nice for me cause I got to eat my burger without it being awkward and messy. Makes being meal restricted easier on the move. Very well done appreciate it thank you very much.
I have never had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes before. Not even pre-warned about any wait.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jack in the Box. My family and I pulled up at night after being on the road for a few hours. When we walked up to the door, we saw a sign stating that the dine-in area was supposed to be open for a few more hours (and it wasn’t a holiday). While we stood at the door, an employee seemed to notice us but ignored us for a while before finally telling us the dine-in area was closed and that we’d need to use the drive-through.
We reluctantly went through the drive-through. A few of us had planned to order shakes, but the employee taking our order said the shake machines had been turned off for the night. If shakes are only available during certain hours, that should be clearly stated on the menu. We’ve ordered shakes much later at other Jack in the Box locations, so this was surprising.
We placed our order, and when we pulled up to the window, we asked why the dine-in area was closed when the posted hours clearly stated otherwise. The employee seemed confused and responded with, “It says that??” We then asked if we could at least come in to use the restroom. After checking with the manager on shift, she came back and said the manager had refused, offering no explanation for either issue.
We drove off in search of restrooms, only to discover items were missing from our order. At that point, we were too frustrated and tired to go back for the missing food.

False advertisement , this location supposed to be under “new management “ but are doing the same things the old management did. Ie : lights are on and you see employees inside but orders can’t be made. Don’t even dare try to door dash from this location. You’re playing Russian roulette , you will receive someone else’s order

last time I ate here my food felt dry, like old food. Drive thru is super small so unless you got a Kia and hate your tires it's easier to walk in. But their lot is always filthy and dingy.
