They completely stole from me. I called a dozen times I spoke to the district manager after they charged me for an incorrect order and fifteen minutes in drive through. I had my kids basketball game in town and this is only my second time going here, years apart and similar last time. How unprofessional!!!! They robbed me and have made no attempt to make it right. Update Well eventually I was given the chance to go be given the food I got at a restaurant in Bremerton. I had the smash burger, kids had whatever. I will probably never go to Jack in the Box again. Prices are far higher than the worth. I appreciate the district manager doing something, but apparently the food business has drastically changed. Not a fan

We were on the Road, Someone needed to use the Facility. I knew where it was located. While we were there I Ordered a Couple Meals. A Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich Meal, and Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Meal. The Cook looked me in the Eye said give me 45 seconds.... In 45 seconds Everything was Hot, Fresh, Bagged and on the Counter. In the car I Found Out also Delicious. I think the Loaded is Better...

Best Jack in the Box I've ever been to! Food hot and fresh, and restaurant was super clean and friendly. Felt like the workers truly cared for a change! The manager is at the register and is like the mama bear making sure her cubs are well fed :-). Definitely coming back.

I’d had a very long day and pulled into the drive through 30 minutes before close. I asked the guy at the window what would be easy for the employees to make and he was not only appreciative that I asked, but insistent that the staff could make me anything. I had found out earlier in the day that my grandma was dying, so I was exhausted and on my way to say my goodbyes to her in the morning. It might not have seemed like much, but his kindness in that moment meant so much to me.
