When it comes to fast food sub sandwiches, I would have to say Jersey Mike’s is the premium sandwich in the bunch always sliced in front of you. The bread is delicious. The topping choices are kept to a minimum to speed up service.

I placed an order at approximately 11:00 am. The Uber eats app said my order would be ready at around 11:36 am. So I go in at 11:36 to where you normally wait for pick up orders and didn’t see my order on the shelf. And I see lots of bags Alf empty or open on the counter so I can tell they were trying to complete orders. The lady said they are still making my other sandwich so I waited for it. About 5 minutes later she said everything was ready/in the bag instead of the sodas. So I grabbed two of the sodas and checked the bag and still no sandwich. She said they are still making it. Finally more time comes around and she gets my attention in a poor way. And says that my order was ready. She gave me a really mean face when I asked what she said because I couldn’t hear her. Finally I checked the bag one last time and there were still items missing from my order, finally I just decided to go and grab it myself. The lady is quite young, had blond hair and worked around 11:30 on Monday the 28th.This is not the only time I’ve had very poor customer service experience at this poulsbo location! If you look at all the 1 star reviews it all has to do with customer service! Please read these reviews and teach your staff to be friendly even if there is a lunch rush!

Best Jersey Mike’s in the area; incredibly friendly staff and management who are welcoming and efficient. Food is always on time when ordered ahead/to-go and delicious. Thank you to the workers who make the experience. A go-to lunch spot!

Absolute dumpster. I’ve tried this place 3 times and been sick every time after eating here. Avoid eating noses you need to get sick.

Came to this location the other day for the first time and had an amazing experience. What looked to be the manager and a younger employee helped me, I had gotten the #26 and it came out great. I had asked for some honey mustard on it and it elevated it so much. When I came it was during a slower time of the day and the employees smiling and looking to have a good day, which then made the environment very welcoming and warm. I'll definitely be coming back and getting the #26 again.

They have the best vegetarian grilled mushroom, peppers and onions sandwich...really fantastic! Oh, and I can't say enough about the staff and the women who is the manager at the Poulsbo location. Every time I've there they've been nothing but super nice and a fun group ( even when they're crazy busy). I believe that's a reflection of management so kudos to the entire team!

We ordered Philly Cheesesteaks. One Mike's Special and the other one The Big Kahuna. Fresh and hot. Full of meat and cheese and stuff. Friendly, hard working employees. Will come back.
