My husband enjoyed his crispy garlic chicken. I, on the other hand, ordered the heavenly beef. It was okay, but I was expecting the beef to be flavorful.

The food always taste good, however the portions get smaller every time we come in. Me and my husband come in and get garlic chicken for lunch every few weeks and this last time we both got 6 SMALL pieces of chicken! This costs $18 each for a total of $36 dollars without tip. At that price it doesn't matter how good it tastes, it's just not worth it.

I usually order the yellow curry, it's one of the best curries I've had. However the last time I Ordered it, it had broken and began to separate. I figured it was a one off as I've always looked at this restaurant as if it were the best one in poulsbo. Now I'm not so sure. I got the green curry tonight only to find it's fully separated and broken as well. There was also a decently large stem in mine, though I can give that a bit more of a pass than the base already being broken and separated within a few moments of getting my meal. Really disappointed in this place lately. Not what it used to be. Attached picture of it separating after a stir, still piping hot in container.

Edit: I appreciate the response but I can tell the difference in a broken soup base and not. The separation is indeed something that will happen naturally over time, but if this was something that was normal as you insist it would be grainy and separating like this every time I've ordered. The flavor and appearance are not where it's supposed to be. If your soup base is made fresh and is breaking within minutes of it being delivered to the customer, you've messed up. Separating into layers and breaking into grainy granules are two different things. You can see both happening in that picture. If you didn't have it boiling at too high for too long it likely wouldn't break like this. You're telling me customers are supposed to look at that and think, "Wow, that looks delicious?" Get real. I'd recommend people get food elsewhere in town.

Each time I order take out here it’s not right. They need someone to do a quality check before it goes out the door. When someone asks for no this or that, ensure it matches the order.

terrible experience. Three of us went to dine in at this restaurant and were completely ignored by the waiter after he sat us. After we put down our menus and were ready to order, the waiter sat another gentleman behind our table, left, and we asked if we could order as he just walked passed our table. He gave us a dirty look and said he would be back. He then proceeds to pass our table AGAIN and takes the order of the guy that came AFTER our table. We were quite shocked as to why someone who came after us got to order first. Especially after we asked the waiter if we could please order. The waiter and the guy behind were both Caucasian. Unsure if that has to do with our bad experience. We are Thai, and we're throughly disappointed at the service we received (not received).

Come here about once a month to eat food. Service and food is always consistent which is great… however when I was there the other evening (Friday I believe) they were understandably busy and the hostess asked for my phone number with an understanding of a 30 minute wait.
After easily 45+ minutes and seeing other people who arrived after myself be seated, I went to check on my name in the queue.
I was told that because I was outside (as there was no seating inside or space to stand) the hostess took those who were inside to be seated first.
As I asked why I wasn’t called because they asked for my number, I was told it was busy.
I worked in restaurants as a hostess, server, and bartender for 10+ years and I was shocked at the response from her. She told me I’d be next because I was inside at that point, but I declined and left, offering my spot to the next person who was hopefully not outside.
Other customers also said to me that they were experiencing the same issue.

Additionally, I noticed that another person had the exact same experience I did and wrote a review. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the response of the owner, which seemed to come from a very emotional standpoint and didn’t seem like they were willing to offer exemplary Customer service. Instead, they responded by attempting to bully that person online which I think is absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and a clear display of an unwillingness to improve their methods of customer service for their front of house staff and clearly BOH staff.

Although I’m glad to see that this didn’t just happen to me, I hope the owner realizes their driving frequent customers away with negative interactions in person and clearly online.

Update: looks like attitude is a reflection of leadership with the owners snarky reply. No wonder the staff treat customer badly they learned it from you. I’m sure your parents Lani and San would be really proud of you.

I come here for lunch every few weeks and service and food has always been great.

However last night was awful we came for dinner and the hostess on Jan 31st took our phone number for a 30 minute wait so we left to hangout in the car since their tiny lobby was packed. We came back 45 minutes later just to check when we would be ready as we noticed cars that parked after us was seated. She had the audacity to say she took precedence for people waiting in the lobby first and not the people outside.

First off she suggested us leaving our number to wait outside

Second that’s not how you host a queue of people

Third I’m pretty confident she was just lazy and that’s not how her management trained her

Again I’ve always had a great experience but whoever this hostess was has completely put me off from returning I suggest going to Pho T&N across the street they actually have good hosts

Calamari appetizer with basically just a bunch of fried breading, calamari itself was almost nonexistent. Entrée was mushy with very little taste.

Overall Rating - 8.67
🍜Food - 8/10
- Everything was very delicious, the only thing that was very noticeable was the chili crisp, heavenly beef, and pad thai.
- The heavenly beef was very delicious, the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful.
- The pad thai was very delicious as well
- The crispy garlic chicken was good, but I have had much much better crispy garlic chicken at other restaurants.
- The eggplant was very delicious as well.
- The tom kha was incredibly delicious and one of the better tom khas that I have had.
- The chili crisp was amazing! You have to ask for it and it is so good, I may have eaten all of it lol, if they decide to sell it I would buy so much of it.
👩‍🦼‍➡️Accessibility - 9/10
- Quite accessible, the tables are a little tight next to each other but nothing that can’t be fixed. The restaurant is ground level with no stairs or steps.
- Sensory wise, the lights are dim, the music is low.
🧑‍🍳Service - 8/10
- The service was good, I think the section we were sat in was someone else’s that they were not covering very well so many of the other waiters had to pitch in and help, as we had different people throughout the whole process. Despite the condition they were very professional and great servers.
🍽️Ambiance - 9/10
- Very pretty, nice music, good lighting.
🚗Parking - 10/10
- it is in a shopping center so there is lots of free close parking nearby.
💵Price - 8/10
- Because it is a little more upscale it is definitely it a bit more expensive and is about $30ish a person.

This place has been our go to for Thai food in Poulsbo for the past 3 years. Food USED to be consistently good and reasonably priced, but unfortunately, not anymore.

We did take out for the third time this year and once again the food was flat tasting, order was taken incorrectly over the phone and the cost is way too high.

When quality of the food was consistent, we didn’t mind paying for it but now that’s no longer the case.

Disappointing…

We have been here many times and have always had good food and service until now. We got our food soon after we ordered. My wife liked her Heavenly beef, and I tried the Pad Lao that was the worst Thai food I have ever eaten. The waiter seemed rushed and did not listen to my answer to his question about how we liked our food. As we were leaving
I told him about how bad my food was and he said to give it to our dog. He thought it was funny, I did not. This is probably the last time we will go there.
The Pad Lao was mostly noodles with very little meat or seafood, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Paid 21 dollars for crappy Pad Lao. Never again.

The food was way over seasoned and over cooked meat. I’d call this American food not Thai. Not impressed with the quality or pricing. The only thing we did enjoy was the cleanliness and atmosphere

Older lady with glasses was kinda rude when I pick up order. And the order was already ready when I get there but waited 12 minutes until I ask the guy from the kitchen!!!!

I love the how the kids’ menu has real dishes, instead of fried chicken and burgers, and the amount of veggies in the dishes but the green curry is way too sweet. Like so sweet, it wasn’t even good. Green curry is my favorite meal and I always have it on my birthday but this was so sweet, I didn’t want cake later.
