We were sad when Mora left but Island Cool has done a good job replacing it. We got three different flavors and were pleased with all of them. I really liked the Dark Elf as it had a really rich dark chocolate taste.

Even with a busy crowd just 30 minutes before closing, the team at Cool Island Ice Cream delivered prompt and polite service. The shop was spotless, and the ice cream hit the mark—rich, flavorful, and worth the stop. A great way to end the evening.

Went to the Poulsbo store yesterday afternoon. Ordered the way overpriced chocolate shake. $11.25 for a 16 oz shake that was more like thick chocolate milk. You can get thicker shakes with more flavor at the coffee stands or fast food chains for less $$. They dont accept cash, cards only. But they'll take a cash tip. Will not be going back there again. Staff was friendly, that was the only ok thing about it.

They promote dog ice cream on the menu and website, but don’t even allow dogs inside to order or pick it up. What a phony store!
If dogs aren’t allowed, then don’t use dog ice cream as a promotional gimmick. Be honest—put up a “No Pets” sign instead of pretending to be pet-friendly. Claiming people buy dog ice cream just to take it home is a lie—this is a tourist spot, not a grocery store!

Nice icecream place in Poulsbo,to be enjoyed on a hot day or whenever you wish to have icecream. The icecreams are creamy and delicious. We loved cookies and cream and the coffee icecream. They have 3-4 tables which could accomodate like 12 people at a time inside the shop.Also they have outdoor seating like 3-4 tables outside the shop. Parking is only street parking or the park public parking.

Smallest scoop ever. My wife and family all served by other employees after they saw my mini scoop. The employee I got seemed to be having a bad day.....no interaction what so ever. My kids were happy!
