The staff were friendly and welcoming. However for the price of the rolls, there’s little to no fish. My caterpillar roll was basically a California roll with a speck of meat. Same with the specialty roll.

The food is seriously mind blowing. I have never had shrimp or salmon like that before, and I am so sad that I am only visiting Poulsbo for a few days. If I could eat here every day, I would. Even the salad in the bento box was amazing. The fried rice as well is worth the upgrade - it isn’t greasy or heavy, it’s fluffy and light fried rice.

Expensive but quality of fish and rolls was the best compared to the bremerton and silverdale areas. Would recommend a try but for an occasion due to the price. Also got really busy so go at the off times to miss the rush but that attest to the favorability of the restaurant.
