Highly recommend Namaste Poulsbo! This is the most delicious Indian food we’ve ever had. Amazing food and wonderful service! We can’t wait to go back.
I didn't realize the restaurant is inside the chevron gas station until I saw the sign on the building. There are 2 tables in the back if you want to dine-in. They work with a few of the delivery services and offer a full takeout menu. The food is delicious!! It's not quite as Americanized as other Indian places I've tried around here, which is such a joy! They even have a list of gluten free options and can substitute coconut milk in a few dishes to make them dairy free. I had the chicken curry with coconut milk and it was fantastic. Plus they use basmati rice, cooked perfectly. I probably won't dine-in, but I'll definitely come here for takeout!

Parking: It's in a gas station, so there are a few spots in front of the building. To the side there is also a general use parking lot.

We ordered a “to go” meal for my family. Part of the order was naan bread. When we opened the package the naan, it was super thin and just fell apart- we could not even enjoy it as it was just a mess of pieces parts. The chicken curry had 2 pieces of chicken which is a rip off. Won’t go here again or recommend this place.

The chicken biryani, chicken tikka are my staples and when I’m indulging, it’s the butter chicken, the naan, etc. Authentic flavors and hands down the best chicken tikka in the greater seattle, seattle area. When asked for Indian hot, they do not disappoint. Also had the Shahi tukkda and Kheer , both to die for .

This is more of a food stall for take-out/delivery, located INSIDE a Chevron gas station. The food is very good. I had a beef curry in a cream sauce: wonderful spices, the beef was a second-rate cut: thick and stringy. I added a vegetable mix done in sag aloo style: excellent, and just the right amount of heat. Basmati rice was perfect and the raita equally good. Food was cooked and ready on time.
Parking: Park at the Chevron station under the Namaste sign, and walk in to the Station office..

The price is slightly higher than most gas station restaurants; however very few 5 Star Indian Restaurants have food as good.
Love the curry beef and samosas, daughter loves the butter chicken. Samosas and chutneys are delicious. Super friendly service. Love being able to grab dinner, a bottle of wine there from the mini mart, and jetting home for a great meal.

We feasted on the butter chicken and lamb curry, both of which were absolutely to die for – rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
The naan bread was a highlight as well; fresh and perfectly made, it complemented every dish. We also tried a selection of vegetarian appetizers, which were fantastic in both taste and presentation. And don’t skip dessert – they were a delightful way to end our meal.
Adding to the experience was the quick and super friendly service. The staff truly made us feel welcome. With an impressive array of choices on the menu and exciting new options being added, Namaste Poulsbo is a must-try for any Indian food lover. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable given the quality of food.
