My husband and i love their beef pho soup here.and the rice platter we ordered really taste nice too with its. Combo meat . and the young lady who served our food was so courteous and deligent and even if she's the only one i saw who serves she never failed to smile. I gave 4 stars bec i havent tried their other food and also their music makes me feel sleepy☺️

We really like eating Vietnamese food, but I still don't give this restaurant one star because the noodle soup tastes like water. It doesn't taste like broth at all. Very disappointed with the money .

I ordered the steak and brisket pho and added an egg ($3.50). The egg was over cooked and there were like 4 tiny pieces of meat. The flavor/broth was good but it was basically all noodles.

I’m giving this a negative review because although their food is good but it seems like they need to do some training on their employees. The last 2 times when I placed an online order. They don’t realize there’s an online order until I was there. Maybe they need to have a system That checks for their online order if it was always easily missed?
So I decided to call in today. It took forever for them to answer the phone, and The person answered the phone and “signed” before she takes my order. I’m sorry this is an inconvenience for you???
I didn’t order in rush hour, due to my schedule it’s usually 2-3pm which they should be slow and the restaurant was empty

We have ordered out from here many times, our favorite Chinese food place in Poulsbo. Tonight after my daughters dance recital, it was late and everyone was hungry. We ordered some of our regular dishes including Mongolian beef with 0 stars and got home and it was spicer than my 2 star chicken dish. While I love spice, my husband and kids wouldn’t touch it. I called them and they offered to remake it even though they were closing in a few minutes. My family really appreciated them fixing the dish to taste like we normally order. I highly recommend this place with delicious food and amazing service!

Really want to like the place due to distance to home but just cant. Only had the pho here and it’s nowhere near authentic. More like iust water and some powder seasoning. The waitress was soooo nice but just a tad forgetful. Had to remind her about the soda we ordered and i never got my boba drink. Maybe i’ll try their other foods but pho is a no go.
