Local roaster with some great coffee blends.

I enjoyed Treasure Island, a light-medium roast blend of Ethiopian and Colombian, which has slight acidity balanced with bolder Colombian flavors at the end.

PSCR also makes espresso blends, as well as grounded white coffee — for those preferring something that isn’t coffee-esque in taste.

I found this wonderful company at a farmers market and I couldn't be more pleased! An amazing cup of coffee! Smooth, Creamy and robust! And a women owned company to boot! I highly reccomend their coffees to any of my friends and family!

Hands down my favorite coffee! I love their mermaid blend and their point defiance roast - so tasty! I have purchased from Farmers Market in Port Orchard but also seen their booth at the Gig Harbor Farmers Market if you don’t want to pay shipping.

Found PSCR at a local farmers market and instantly love them! The owners and roasters are such nice people and have a talent for the business! Our initial order of the Orca Blend and White Coffee bags was perfect for us! The creamy and nutty flavor are full but not overpowering. Perfect for everyday and those special occasions!

Hello, I came across this coffee brand at a farmers market- I got a point defiance dark roast, by a lady who handcrafts the coffee herself, small/medium/large self businesses do not get the credit they deserve and let me tell you!! This coffee is dam good and better than any coffee I had. point defiance is so blended, soft to the taste and does not taste like pure dirt, but is beautifully strong!! I recommend you to try her coffee you will not be disappointed!! I am exited to try more of her handcrafted godlike coffee!! Thank you
