I'll admit up front this is petty but when I'm spending my money I expect to get what I paid for,,,,,First time ordering from this location, fail. When I got to the window to pick up my food , was told they didn't have the sauce I had asked for, SMH, okay what other sauces do you have? Compromised on something I didn't really want. Then I was told they had NO sauces of any type. What!? This is where I went petty, asked to cancel the order, the manager was asked by the employee for help. After some time the manager told me I would have to do it through the App. Enough, just me my food so I can go. Got home and the food was by now cold I don't live that far away. The nuggets were over cooked and with no sauce to mask that they weren't very good. The taco and Chalupa were also lacking flavor and without any sauce, there was nothing to help them in that regard. The overall experience will make it unlikely I will return to this location not time I'm looking for Taco Bell. It felt like the manager really wasn't concerned for me as a customer.

The last 4 times, including today that I’ve gone to this Taco Bell, I have specifically ordered no sour cream on my food and 4 out of 4 times I’ve gone there now and ordered over $20 worth of food they have failed to not put sour cream on my food. 4 times now I’ve gone to this Taco Bell and ordered to end up just throwing it in the trash. I would return to the store and make them correct it if I didn’t have somewhere I had to be. I understand messing up an order here or there, but this location has been 50/50 for a while now and 4 in a row is BAD. My family regularly would eat at this Taco Bell since Taco Bell has been one of our favorites, but this ruined it and I’m sick of just throwing away money with these guys. Im honestly sick & tired of having to disassemble my food to check it, and this was the last straw for me.

I ordered from here twice through doordash and both times they were missing half of my food, I don't blame the dashers cause they were both told this was all the food and was still missing so much. Along with the food itself, it was poorly assembled and had about little to no meat which was pretty depressing. I won't be ordering from this one anymore, I'd rather go to silverdale instead here anyday.

I’ve been to plenty of Taco Bells in my life, and I never expect gourmet food or five-star service—it’s fast food, after all. But my experience at the Poulsbo Taco Bell was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. It was honestly one of the most frustrating and downright unacceptable fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
I went through the drive-thru because I was in a rush and just wanted a quick bite to eat. Simple enough, right? Wrong. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted by a young woman who clearly had no interest in being there or in providing even basic customer service. Her tone was so dismissive, it was almost comical if it hadn’t been so irritating. After each item I ordered, she cut me off with a sharp, “Is that all?” Not just once or twice, but after every single item. I wasn’t even done speaking, and she’d already be rushing me to finish. I’ve been to a lot of drive-thrus, and I’ve never felt this pressured to complete my order like it was a race to the finish line.
At one point, I had to double-check my order because of how quickly she was moving, and when I asked for clarification, she gave me the shortest, most condescending answer possible. No “please,” no “thank you,” no courtesy at all. It felt like I was bothering her for trying to spend my money there. By the time I got to the window to pay, I was already irritated, but I figured, “Hey, it’s Taco Bell, as long as the food’s right, it’ll be fine.”
Spoiler: It was not fine.
When I got home, I opened my bag and noticed something was off right away. I ordered a beefy five-layer burrito, but what I received could barely even qualify as food, let alone a burrito. It was essentially two tortillas with a pathetic smudge of beans and a squirt of sour cream. There was no beef. No cheese. Nothing that made it even remotely close to the item I ordered. It was like they threw together the bare minimum and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I’m not exaggerating when I say this thing had more tortilla than actual filling—it was an absolute joke.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have been this upset if it were just mediocre food. That’s the risk you take with fast food, right? But this was beyond bad—it was inedible. I paid for something that was so poorly made it felt like a scam. And after the horrible service in the drive-thru, this was the last straw.
To top it all off, I couldn’t even go back to get it fixed because I was already home and didn’t have time to make the drive back. So I basically threw my money away for food that wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I can’t believe how lazy and careless the staff was, both in service and food preparation. It was like they weren’t even trying, and they couldn’t care less if the customer was happy or not.
I’ve had my fair share of subpar fast food experiences, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. It’s not just that the food was bad—it was the combination of awful service, being rushed, and then being completely disappointed when I finally opened my bag. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you enjoy bad attitudes, wrong orders, and barely-edible food. This was outright unacceptable.

Second try at this location and it was no better than the first. First visit there was no one to assist with the self order kiosk and when our food was ready it was inedible. The tortilla used for the Mexican pizza was rancid as were the chips. This time we tried the drive thru and again food quality was horrible. Tortillas used for the bean burritos were stale (hard and dried out). Won’t go back!
