This is hands down the best Taco Bell location I have been to in the entire Puget Sound/Kitsap region. I’ve been 5-6 times now in the last year since moving from Seattle, all drive-thru/online orders, and it is consistently accurate, clean, friendly, and generous with add-ons or mods, making them worth the extra $. I don’t usually submit reviews unless the place is remarkably good (or bad) enough to justify the time it takes, especially a fast food spot, but they deserve the praise. Appreciate you, Poulsbo crew.

Poulsbo tacobell has jokes this morning. I asked for light jalapeño and they loaded my burrito up with jalapeño. I should have known something was up, due to the window drive thru cashier and another employee smirking and couldn't hold their laugh back. Grow up ladies.

Make it Right
The food has never been bad as far as taste and freshness but everything else is so bad, the cant even wrap a freaking wrapper right without everything spilling into your car even though your parked...... either your workers dont care or poorly trained.

I will say this, Taco bell is Taco bell but, this one is unique for me its honestly not the food it's one particular drive thru attendant that makes my morning when I go thru the drive thru. I don't want to incorrectly identify this individual so, I will say the person in question has the most welcoming voice in the morning and is always pleasant, the colorful hair makes me wish I could pull it off on my Grey hair lol!! Anyhow, I have told this person that I appreciate his joy especially since I deal with dying people everyday. Please reward this amazing person and bring back my nacho fries. Lol

I usually don’t ever eat out but when I do crave food it is Taco Bell. Specifically a beefy 5 layer burrito no beef, add chicken, add seasoned rice, Grilled. 2 sides of nacho cheese
Every time I’ve gotten it it was never made the right way. I paid extra for the sause and they never give it to me.
I’m not really much of a complainer but I love Taco Bell so much and when my order isn’t correct when I just get one item with some substitutes it’s disappointing
The customer service is really good tho. 💜💜

Easily the best taco bell. I had some issues here a few months ago but the last couple months they have been doing a fantastic job
Just went through the drive through and ordered a soft taco supreme and the muffled response was “is double meat and sour cream okay?” We were slightly confused and said no, realizing it was an attempt to upsell. Then I ordered a cantina chicken soft taco and the same question followed. Again, said no. Asked for a side of sour cream and then she asked if I wanted it on the cantina chicken taco as well. If I wanted it like that, I’d have asked.
Got my food and drove away. My soft taco supreme was pathetic, about 1/4 of the amount of beef that is standards. Cold, hard shell.
My cantina chicken soft taco had so much avocado ranch on it that it was cold and didn’t taste like anything other than avocado ranch.

Customer service was great, no qualms there. The food on the other hand was inedible. Late, hungry having worked the entire day I ordered four tacos 2 hard 2 soft paid $17. I couldn’t tell the difference by touch which were which. The hard tacos were the biggest pile of mush, couldn’t even pick it up. Has me wondering how long it had been sitting; disgusting as ever. The chicken in my soft tacos (I only managed to eat one) was dry, making it hard to swallow. Again, how long had that chicken been sitting??? So I went to sleep hungry after spending $17 on disgusting food. Beyond disappointing.

For the past few years this has become my favorite Taco Bell! The service was always amazing and I VERY RARELY had issues. I'm not sure what happened to the old workers but can we please have them back😭 The new manager is awful. Over the past 2ish months there has been something wrong with every order. One time she had got our order so wrong that I swore she gave us another person order....nope they just didn't care enough to check our bag. Today I was asked 3 times what sauce I wanted, paid for the sauce and never got a single sauce. How do you forget after asking me 3 TIMES?!?! Then our drink was barely 2/3 full. I'm extremely disappointed with the new management, this establishment is now one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. I'll be going to a new location until you get sensible staff in this one.
