Warning - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered online and was told when I got there that the online ordering is a fraudulent website. Luckily I chose to pay in person so I wasn't charged. I then ordered at the truck and was blown away with how quickly they put my order together and how good the food smelled. When I got home my family and I agreed these were the best tacos we'd had in years. We will definitely be back!

I'm Mexican, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to Mexican food, and I cannot vouch for this place enough. I've had the taco plate twice, and both times the food was perfect. Well seasoned, nicely seared carne asada; great Mexican rice and refried beans; and a small salad to boot. All this at a very good price. Seriously, give this place a try.

Legitimate amazing authentic mexican food and very reasonable priced with a good menu selection. My wife and I had them cater our wedding on Bainbridge Island and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about how good the food was. You can customize the menu for your event and they will do they're best to accommodate. Miguel and his crew are super friendly as well.

I have no pictures because I scarfed my cali burrito down. It was so delicious, and the filling was perfectly evenly spread. I swear the cali burritos in the past that I’ve had in other restaurants I’m always left with just a wad of meat and a fry once I get to the second half of the burrito but that wasn’t the case for this place. 10/10 would go again!
Not much flavor in my opinion. The guac was $4 for about 3 tablespoons. I’m not impressed by the food that much, so I probably won’t come back.

Flavor explosion on FIRST BITE of tacos Al pastor. Muy sabrosos. Chicken and asada tacos also on point. Aguas frescas (pineapple & guava) were perfectly light and refreshing.
Forgot to order the churros so might have to stop in again today on our way back to Seattle.😏 Ordered:
*2 Taco Plates (4 tacos each plus rice, beans and side salad) *1 Tacos (4) *2 Aguas + 15% tip Total ~ $44
Will now be eating here every time we roll through Poulsbo. Thank you for a wonderful meal + value. ❤️

This taco truck totally hit the spot. Their salsa verde came in two kinds — both were fire, but the avocado one was my favorite. Super creamy with just the right kick. I also tried the chicken tacos and an al pastor — both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Also the owner was super nice and took ample time explaining the dishes which helped me a lot!
