Not much flavor in my opinion. The guac was $4 for about 3 tablespoons. I’m not impressed by the food that much, so I probably won’t come back.

Flavor explosion on FIRST BITE of tacos Al pastor. Muy sabrosos. Chicken and asada tacos also on point. Aguas frescas (pineapple & guava) were perfectly light and refreshing.
Forgot to order the churros so might have to stop in again today on our way back to Seattle.😏 Ordered:
*2 Taco Plates (4 tacos each plus rice, beans and side salad) *1 Tacos (4) *2 Aguas + 15% tip Total ~ $44
Will now be eating here every time we roll through Poulsbo. Thank you for a wonderful meal + value. ❤️

This taco truck totally hit the spot. Their salsa verde came in two kinds — both were fire, but the avocado one was my favorite. Super creamy with just the right kick. I also tried the chicken tacos and an al pastor — both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Also the owner was super nice and took ample time explaining the dishes which helped me a lot!

My husband and I moved to Poulsbo last year, and we have since tried a few Mexican restaurants in the area. Everything in the area really has been so good - and then we tried Taqueria Chatita. I’ll put it this way, we haven’t been anywhere else since for Mexican food! We have been multiple times now and every time the food is incredibly delicious! I could eat the al pastor tacos every day. And the birria is also SO GOOD. Prices are great, service is fast (but would be worth the wait if there was a wait!), and the food is fresh and comforting. We are lucky we live so close by - it’s so easy to stop by and order to go. They also have some cute tables outside that we will definitely use when the weather gets warmer.
Anyway, I cannot recommend Taqueria Chatita enough. On top of the amazing food, the employees are very kind and friendly. I haven’t tried EVERYTHING on the menu yet, but I’m confident I could order anything and I’d love it!! Please give them a try, I’m getting hungry just writing this review!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and got the Carnitas sopes which were on special. food was fresh and delicious,service was friendly and fast 10/10 would recommend. This is a great spot

My son said let’s go to the Mexican food truck in the parking lot of the gas station next to Central Market… I was a bit skeptical because I don’t really go out to eat Mexican food here, I rather make it myself, as I know how. My son was like “mom, their queso birria tacos are so good” So I said ok, let’s go… and boy, was he right! These queso birria tacos are AMAZING!! Full of queso and birria, can’t wait to take my friends and family!

First time trying this place and it was a great experience - we’ll definitely be back! The service was fast and friendly and the food (steak tacos, chicken, tacos, guacamole and horchata) were all very tasty. The price was extremely reasonable. All around a 5 star experience!

Stopped here with my students and got some street tacos, the cook on the meat was wonderful, the chili sauce was real tasty too. I will definitely be coming back again. Love me some good street tacos.

The food was wonderful. I’ve had two different entrées and they have both been excellent. It is a food truck so the ambience is not great but they do have a little tent with some tables. I took mine to go and it was still hot by the time I got home. I had the California burrito and the chicken fajitas at different times. I had one for lunch and one for dinner.
