Waited 20 minutes for our turn.Little box, started buzzing, walked up to window.Handed sack of food.My tamales were warm and fresh. Rice was warm litely seasoned, same with the beans. All was freshly prepared. Pretty good quality. So the line of locals was represented of the quality.

Lately, I've been eating a lot of tacos. Primarily, I've been ordering them from this location because the quality is exceptional and consistent. They have the best augua Fresca in town PERIODT!!! OK!??? !Like seriously, homemade horchata¡!¡ what a treat! Seems like every place around here uses the powder stuff. And the hibiscus flavor is TheBEST I've ever had- its slightly viscous and is definitely more hibiscus forward than augua, but I like it like that! I always get the four tacos plate with steak or either type of pork they serve. It always comes with grilled carmelized onions, a grilled pepper, radishes and mexican pickled carrots, and, of course, LIMON!! There elotES Would be great if it wasn't from a can, And instead they use fresh corn... but that is my only complaint. This is right now my favorite Mexican food in all of kitsap County!!! I'm not joking when I say i come here several times a week!!!!! The lady who takes my order is very nice, and so is the cook. Thank you for being open so early. I wish you guys all the success in the world!!!Parking: It's a taco truck, Currently parked outside of a shell station. So the parking lot is shared between the taco truck and the gas station. However there's a business with a very large parking lot directly next door. I Doubt anybody would notice if you just parked across the street and hopped over, if needed...Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a taco truck, So you could essentially roll up to place your order. There isHandicap parking in the gas station.

Had tacos - tripa, lengua, adobada, asada.Tripa (for anyone confused, tripe and tripa are not the same) was excellent, well seasoned and well cooked.Lengua was bland, a little chewy but almost good on the texture.Adobada was ok but a little sweet for my taste. Seemed like a mix between al pastor and adobada but neither at the same time.Asada was ok but nothing special.Sides of pickles were solid along w the grilled onion & chili. The spiciest salsa had a solid kick while the green salsa was a little bland. Tortillas were typical taco truck style little guys, doubled up. Will be back to try more of the meats, for sure will be back for the tripa.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid options. One picnic bench for those who want to dine onsite

This truck is a true gem. Unless you frequent the gas station or area you won’t know it’s there. Every time I am in town this is my guilt pleasure. The street tacos are phenomenal and the meat is alway perfectly seasoned. I always get the birria when I am there and it NEVER disappoints! I could drink the consommé ?. I need to try something new now every time I go, because everything so far has been delicious!Kid-friendliness: They have a really great kids menu even for picky eaters like my kids who just like chicken nuggets while mom indulges in some yummy tacos!
