Unknowingly to my friends and I, we planned our girls weekend trip during the St. patties day festivities. It was incredibly busy and the bar was crazy crowded. We finally found a table that sat the 4 of us. The food came out pretty quickly and our server was very nice. The jalapeño dip was such a tiny portion for the amount of chips given. Definitely wouldn't consider that a shareable appetizer. All of the other food was great! The ahi tacos were probably my favorite I would say. The drinks were decent, but nothing crazy amazing. Prices were fair.

My husband got food poisoning here on a beef sandwich. He puked all night. My food was cold. Service was fine and friendly, tho.You decide.

This is the second time I've been to The Loft. The first time was a great experience. This time (a year later) was not very good at all. The prices are high and the quality of food was a little better than Burger King. My husband and I purchased the fish and chips and the fish was soggy as were the fries. I expected so much more. My grandson purchased the salmon for $30. He received a piece of salmon over a huge portion of mashed potatoes. He only ate the salmon and did not touch the potatoes. He stated they didn't taste good and were cold. I have to admit, though, their clam chowder was great. Too bad! It's my last time there.

The visit today at Poulsbo was fine overall, however, the visit to the Loft was another story. The food served was OK. Took too long to receive the food. I was told by the two welcoming attendants that I would receive a military discount. Both said YES! Nevertheless, the waitress that served us said No! I was very disappointed. If I was told no from the beginning, I would have accepted the outcome. Saying "yes" from two staff and then "no" by the third. The server needs to smile as well. This is not acceptable. This was our first visit at the Loft; probably the last one too.

The food and service are good, and it’s one of the nicer places in town!

I had the black and blue salad, it was green as I expected. The steak was delicious. The service was great, our waitress was very friendly!

There are other restaurants in the area where the food is better and the service is too. The mushroom swiss burger was bland. We left disappointed.

Great views and great staff.Food is good, 3/5 stars for the overcooked salmon in my burger and unsalted basic fries, but everyone in my group seemed to enjoy what they got. The salmon tacos seemed to be the best choice.

Horrible! The restaurant is empty but they let everybody wait about 1hr to be seated. and wait about 40 minutes to get our food. Bad management, bad food. Do not visit this restaurant, waste of your time.

The menu changed. Don't like the food anymore. Poke bowl was changed to a spicy ahi salad. The Reuben sandwich was burnt like a rock. Not enjoyable for the high price.

After my friend raved about this place, I tried it and was very disappointed. First off, the margarita was VERY sour, I squeezed in one lime, not knowing they put 2 limes in the drink, until halfway. The chicken wrap looked good, but the chicken was very dry, and I didn't even finish one half of it. The burger was the worst thing I've ever tasted. It was severely under seasoned, the bun was cold, it was very dry, they didn't even give the option of how you wanted it cooked, and again it tasted horrible. The plates that the entrées were served on were so small that we kept spilling food off the plate, trying to cut the salad. The waitress seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than serving our table. She barely spent any time at our table, borderline rushing us to order. The only thing that we enjoyed was the sweet potato fries, and that got our hopes up only to be crushed with the rest of the order. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!

Great views, good prices, and friendly staff. Nice, varied menu.Went for an early lunch a couple of days. We absolutely loved the Chicken, Mac & Cheese (very flavorful) and the Grilled Halibut. The Grilled Salmon was uneven. One day it was over cooked and dried out. The next time it was great.Strongly recommend as an alternative to the burger, beer, and fries joints on the pier.Parking: Lots of parking during the week. Weekends and Summertime can be much more challenging to find parking.

My wife really liked the halibut fish and chips, but I thought it was just okay. The clam chowder was also just okay. But the service and location are great.
