I normally have a great experience, but today’s service was less than par. I waited all day to eat there, came from Kingston to the location at rainy daze brewery in Poulsbo. We, unfortunately, ended up disappointed at the way we were treated, and ended up just leaving. Sad, but I probably won’t be following them, anymore.

Mike's meat is so juicy, super tender and always more than a mouthful. The ribs are succulent, the brisket is heavenly, yakisoba, lumpia, what more so you need? Smoked Asian is my private persuasion...

We had the pulled pork fried rice. The taste was very good, made fresh to order and the quantity was adequate for 2. We also had the smoked pulled pork spring rolls. It was the best we had in a long time- thin crispy layer outside and a bomb full of flavor inside. Overall a must visit if you are in Kingston. The owner is super sweet and attentive to your needs.

Not only is the food always great here but I happened to run out of gas right down the road and a kind gentleman working there let me borrow his gas can! I hope his good karma comes back to him doubled!

I ordered the House classic sandwich the smoked Asian with brisket. It was dry… not only the meat but the entire sandwich and the onion rings weren’t crispy. And I mean for $20 I felt a little buyer remorse. I wanted to love this place but I left wondering if I will ever go back.

Good food! A typical meal will cost a bit over $20. Wait time about 25 minutes, even when not that busy.

Excellent food and friendly owner/operators. Finally was hungry at the right time and place to try it. The smoked brisket pancit is I wish I'd looked more into them before; I'm confident that leftovers will be incredible too!

Vegetarian options: Many customizable dishes to be veggie only, or tofu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Food truck and they park smart, wheelchair users should have no trouble accessing the order window. As with most foodtrucks, the window is fairly high up so be prepared for that.

This food truck is the best in WA. I’m not kidding you. Tasty food, good price and great service. Check them out and enjoy. Don’t just order one menu item. You wanna explore the unique food and listen to their recommendations. Will definitely go back when I’m in town next time.
