Despite being very busy with several customers, he took the short time to acknowledge me in line, and said he’d be with me in a moment - very courteous and gentlemanly of him. I go this Wendy’s pretty regularly and I’ve never had an issue. Yeah, sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait but I don’t necessarily blame the workers for that.
The point of this review though is to give props to someone in specific. I went through the drive thru around 10PM this last Friday night(10/11/24) and the line was very long. I mean it was backed up about 9 or 10 cars. Anyway, Isaiah(I believe), one of the managers was extremely efficient in taking orders and all. I was very impressed how calm and collected he was when it was clear they were getting SWARMED. The guy looked like a machine when dealing with so many drinks, frosties and punching in orders while taking them from customers in the drive thru. I believe there was only himself and 1 cook working at the time, based off what I saw when I pulled up to the 2nd window, so huge props to him and the other worker at this time. (Sorry I didn’t get your name!) It’s clear these people work hard and if they’re learning from Isaiah, they’re gonna be a very smooth running fast food joint. Thanks so much, Isaiah and co.!

I would not give it 1 star if I could avoid it. I bought 2 breakfast sandwich meals and it came to almost $19.00. They didn't even add a full patty to the breakfast sandwich. I guess they are trying to "cut corners"?

The food is mostly average fair but the staff is wonderful and considerate. I've become a regular of the Poulsbo location because the staff always takes such good care of me. I almost always have larger orders and they do their utmost to make sure the fries and nuggets are hot and crispy and the frosties (frostys?) are kept chilled until the order is ready. The friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back. Thanks!

This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to.
The decor was 100% I wish more places took this initiative in there atmosphere Staff was gerat. Bathrooms where spotless. Food was perfect. 10/10 best Wendys.

I usually love the poulsbo location but lately not so much. I get working fast food sucks (ive done it), especially when your under staffed but lately every time we go the guys that work there are super rude. Taking your frustrations out on customers is uncalled for.
Wendy's has good food, but their service has been super slow in the past several years. This one has random stickers all over the bathroom doors. The drink dispenser looks like it hasn't been wiped out in weeks. The entire lobby was filled with smoke from the fryer. But I'll keep coming back because you can't beat the value of the biggie bags.

This Wendy's on particular is really slow. They prioritize door dash and it just slows down for everyone else. I literally waited for 30 minutes to get my food while door dash orders were filled and sat there getting cold. They weren't shortstaffed and i don't know the solution just that it was a very bad experience and since this has happen there before i won't be going back. It's just not fast food anymore ?
