First I must say that I have been to many Dutch Bros stands in many different cities and this one in Prosser Wa and the one in Sunnyside Wa have been the worst i have encountered, as far as customer service goes. Both locations were nice enough when taking my order but got no greeting, no smiles, no acknowledgement whatsoever when I got to the window and was only spoken to when they confirmed my drinks. which surprised me because all the locations I've been to, the employees...
Everyone working there has always been super nice and helpful! Dutch waters are my favorite thing to get there. They tend to use tap water or their water machine has a funky taste. Please use bottled water your waters. They taste like city water it’s nasty. All other locations I’ve never had a problem with their waters tasting funny.
Andres and the whole team were helpful and patient….being 5months pregnant I can’t have too much caffeine nor sugar they were patient and helped me choose the perfect drink !!
