I would recommend all carriers to stay away from this crooked old man called Martino supposedly is the owner. He’s been firing people because he doesn’t want to pay the money. I delivered a load there he damaged my trailer because he has no experience on a forklift and refuses to pay for his damages very unprofessional very crooked and the wine doesn’t even taste that great it’s bitter. He’s not a individual business. Not a man of his word. Reputation is horrible and he’s got a foul smell to him. I don’t think he takes a shower just throwing that out there he damages $2000 worth of damage. He does not know how to operate a forklift because he was too cheap to pay one and he figured he can do it himself, but he ended up ruining my trailer, and I was left with the whole responsibility to fix it and he guaranteed me he would fix it upon getting an estimate and that was a lie when I came to give them the bill, stay away Martino very bad business not a man of his word

My experience was very excellent because I worked in the vineyard harvesting the grapes ??? I was excited to be part of kestrel for 7 years of course I also participated preparing that delicious wine

If you like wine, then you need to plan a visit - NOW! We've been members for over 20 years, but just finally made it to Prosser recently. The tasting was amazing! I'm usually a red wine drinker, but their whites are so refreshing and not overly dry. We left with a couple bottles of of both red and white wines.

This company is the worst to work for. The owner is verbally abusive to his employees and throws items around the office. His lack of professionalism and respect for his staff is unreal. He steals 3% of everyone’s tip money and doesn’t care for his customers. Repeated he has stated he doesn’t care if he loses customers. This is the worst place you could possibly be employed at.

Used to make orders on the phone, what happened to the great customer service? Wines have significantly changed from the time we started coming here, all new wines have distinctive bitter flavoring.

Big shout-out to Emily and Cheryl at Kestrel! My wife and I stopped by on October 15th while touring the Columbia Valley and they both took exceptional care of us. We ordered a case of wine and Emily went far and beyond standard customer services expectations to ensure proper delivery and care.I recommend anyone in the area, or near the Leavenworth location to stop by for a tasting and a case or two.Emily, thank you again for all you've done concerning our wine shipment and we look forward to signing up once the last 2 shipments on other wine clubs are sufficed.I truly hope this review does not go unnoticed by upper management.
