Whitstran Steaks & Spirits Reviews
Perfect environment. Went in between breaks of basketball games, service was fast. Food was absolutely amazing.
Absolute best gluten-free burger I have ever eaten hands-down.
Visited 9/20/25. Choose the patio. The Sazerac, amazing. The pork ribeye special, exceptional. Whatever you do, dine inside. The flies on the patio were EPIC causing us to hurry thru the drinks & meal

Whitstran Steaks & Spirits offers delicious and high-quality food, including steak bites, mashed potatoes, burgers, home fries, and BLTs. The service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, with a consistently positive experience for every visit. The steaks are a highlight, being flavorful and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is located in Prosser, with ample parking available. Customers often praise the attentive staff. The food is highly recommended, with favorites like the W burger and potato wedges. Many consider this one of the best places to eat in town. The meat is from nearby and well cut, contributing to the quality of the steaks. Whitstran Steaks & Spirits feels like a family-run place that cares about its customers, making each visit a welcoming and satisfying experience. Customers also highly recommend the Scallops, 7oz New York steak, and cheesecake topped with cherry glaze. The staff is super friendly and on top of everything. They’ve got a great selection of drinks — beers, wine, cocktails. The Bistro salad and Sherman IPA from Fort George Brewery were enjoyed. A perfectly cooked medium-rare sirloin steak with blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, apples, and vinaigrette was a highlight. The special risotto with asparagus and scallops was fantastic. Everything is bomb, and they have pitchers of actual good beer.
