What an absolute gem in Prosser! We stopped in on our way through to Boise and now have a new tradition. I had the most amazing brisket loaded potato ever. Baked beans were perfect too! Kids loved the pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, and mac and cheese. Amazing food, amazing service! All future road trips through Prosser will require a stop here!
This was my 2nd visit and I'm sad I didn't take pictures either time! If you are anywhere close to Prosser, you MUST stop in for a real treat. I've had both the pulled pork and brisket sandwich, both are amazing. The cole slaw and banana pudding are also world class. Don't question it, just go. You won't be disappointed.
Stopped by after the Farmer's Market, had the BBQ Meatloaf Sandwich and the Mac and Cheese, it exceeded my expectations. We own Voodoo Signature Spices & Sauces and love to BBQ, and not very often are my expectations exceeded. Would definitely recommend!
