We had the place to ourselves on a July Friday at 11:45. While I'm sure they wished they had more business, we appreciated the quiet environment to taste wines. There were two women working and both were friendly and our server was attentive. She checked in on us several times, shared information about wines and the area, and was personable. Now for the wines--I didn't taste a wine I didn't like. I got the mixed flight ($15) and husband got the red flight ($20). We tasted what each other got. Everything was very smooth and palatable. We purchased the top three we liked (the PG-V, the Spaniard, the Tempranillo) and a fourth bottle (The Teacher) that we didn't get to try but had high marks. Because we purchased four bottles, our tastings were comped. Thurston Wolfe definitely offers sold wines at a reasonable price. Would return to this tasting room for sure.

Been buying their wines for years. Just dropped in to pick up some port that goes great with a chocolate dessert.

I made a reservation because there seemed to be events going on nearby. The wines were heavenly, I tried so many and I loved every one of them. The Geologist was a favorite also the JTW (not a port when asking for this one). The patio had a nice atmosphere, the inside seating area by the fireplace was also so comfy. I was served by Laura and Carmen, they were so sweet and charming. I can't wait to come back and I've found the perfect place to pick up some holidays presents.

I visited with a friend who was looking for wines to serve at a charity benefit dinner. Our hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. The back patio was comfortable a peaceful and we enjoyed the wine very much. I bought the Rose and the Red Blend. My friend bought a case with a variety. I definitely recommend stopping by if you are wine tasting in the area.

Carmen was soooo so helpful and knowledgeable about each and every wine. She had such a great friendly warmth to her that it really enhanced our experience at this winery. We were also able to take a tour of the winery and learn about the process from Wolf himself! I've been wine tasting many times. And I have to say Thurston Wolf has some of the most flavorful full bodied wines around. I will be back 100%
I visited roughly 10 vineyards over 2 days in Yakima and as far as quality of wine, this was my favorite stop. Don't be deceived by the location in what feels like a business center. There are no views. Just really good wine and friendly service. The tasting fee is only $10 and their bottles are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Customer service at the counter was horrific. An older snobby lady was absolutely rude and intentionally sarcastic. We were there on memorial weekend Saturday afternoon in case her boss wants to know. There was 8 of us and we walked out as well as another 4 behind us after witnessing her attitude

Wonderful wine at affordable prices. Dr. Wolfe is a founder of Washington State wine, and his varieties never disappoint. Nice tasting room staff and lovely indoor and outdoor tasting room areas.
